متطلبات العمل:
المؤهلات والخبرة الأساسية
شهادة جامعية في مجال التعليم أو في مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مهنية لمدة عامين على الأقل في برامج التعليم أو الحماية.
خبرة مهنية لمدة عام على الأقل في العمل مع الأطفال / المراهقين.
خبرة مهنية لمدة عام على الأقل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية أو الدولية.
المعرفة بالتعليم في حالات الطوارئ ، وحماية الطفل والمعايير الدنيا لمنع العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
معرفة المبادئ الأساسية للتدريس والانضباط الإيجابي وتنمية الطفل وتعلمه.
مهارات حاسوبية جيدة (Microsoft Word و Excel و Powerpoint إلخ).
مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.
الصفات الشخصية المطلوبة
مهارات تواصل واستماع .
الدافع والطاقة ، استباقية وعلى استعداد لتبادل الأفكار ومناقشتها.
الالتزام بالمبادئ والقيم الإنسانية.

الوصف الوظيفي:
قيادة عملية الإعداد والتقييم لمراكز التعليم غير النظامي
إجراء تقييمات للأطفال في الفئة العمرية ذات الصلة للتعليم غير النظامي.
تسجيل الأطفال وتشكيل مجموعات الفصل حسب العمر والمستوى.
تقييم واختيار المواقع المحتملة لمراكز التعليم غير النظامي.
التواصل مع المجتمع بشأن تفاصيل وأهمية عنصر التعليم غير النظامي.
قيادة الإدارة التشغيلية وتشغيل مراكز التعليم غير النظامي
إدارة جميع احتياجات المشتريات للمراكز.
تقييم الاحتياجات المتعلقة بالميسرين والأطفال والصفوف.
التأكد من استيفاء المراكز لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
ضمان وصول الأطفال إلى المياه والمراحيض.
سجل حضور الطلاب ومتابعة المتسربين وفقًا لذلك ورفع أي مشكلات إلى مسؤول التعليم.
ضمان تنفيذ معايير الحماية في مراكز التعليم غير النظامي.
الإشراف الفني والدعم لميسري التعليم غير النظامي
متابعة تخطيط الدرس وتقديم الدروس بواسطة ميسري التعليم غير النظامي.
دعم وتوجيه ميسري التعليم غير النظامي.
إدارة تنفيذ دوائر تعلم الميسر.
تضمين التقييم التكويني للأطفال ومتابعة نتائج التعلم والأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى دعم إضافي.
تحويل الأطفال إلى خدمات متخصصة.
عقد جلسات الوالدية وجلسات التوعية لمقدمي الرعاية
إعداد مواد جلسات مقدم الرعاية.
إعداد وإرسال الدعوات لمقدمي الرعاية.
تسهيل الجلسات باستخدام تقنيات التيسير النشط.
سجل الحضور والمتابعة وفقًا لذلك.
.التوعية التعليمية
قيادة عملية إحالة ومتابعة إعادة دمج الأطفال في سن المدرسة في التعليم الرسمي.
اجتمع مع أصحاب المصلحة في المجتمع والعاملين في مجال التعليم لإبلاغهم بالمشروع وإشراكهم في عملية التنفيذ عندما يطلبها مسؤول التعليم.
العمل مع فريق الحماية لضمان تعميم مبادئ الحماية في جميع أنحاء مركز وأنشطة NFE ودعم تنظيم وتنفيذ الأنشطة والأحداث المشتركة.
مهام أخرى:
اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمعالجة قضايا المساواة ، لا سيما تلك المتعلقة بالنوع الاجتماعي ، في البرامج والأنشطة التشغيلية.
ضمان أعلى مستويات المساءلة من خلال ضمان التواصل الجيد وتبادل المعلومات داخل وخارج المنظمة.
البقاء على دراية بجميع سياسات وإجراءات المنظمة وفهمها والامتثال لها (P4 ، التمويل ، اللوجستيات ، الموارد البشرية ، إدارة الأمن ، إلخ).
الاضطلاع بواجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما قد يتم تعيينها بشكل معقول من قبل المدير المباشر

Job Requirements:
Essential qualifications and experience
University degree Education or in a relevant domain.
At least two year’s professional experience in education or protection programmes.
At least one year’s professional experience working with children/adolescents.
At least one year’s professional experience with local or international NGOs.
Knowledge of Education in Emergencies, Child Protection and Prevention of Gender Based Violence minimum standards.
Knowledge of basic principles of teaching, positive discipline, child development and learning.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc).
English language skills.
Required personal qualities
Excellent interpersonal, nonviolent communication and listening skills.
Motivation and energy, pro-active and willing to share and discuss ideas.

Job Description:
Lead the set up and assessment for NFE centres
Conduct neighbourhood assessments of children in the relevant age group for the NFE component.
Register children and form class groups according to age and level.
Assess and select potential locations for the NFE centres.
Communicate to the community on the details and importance of the NFE component.
Lead the operational management and running of the NFE centres
Manage all procurement needs for the centres.
Assess the needs related to facilitators, children and classes.
Ensure the centres meet safety and quality standards.
Ensure children have access to water and latrines.
Record students attendance sheet and follow up on drop-outs accordingly and raise any issues to the Education Officer.
Ensure safeguarding standards are implemented in the NFE centres and activities.
Technical supervision and support for non-formal Education facilitators
Follow up on lesson planning and delivery of lessons by the NFE facilitators.
Support and mentor the NFE facilitators.
Manage the implementation of Facilitator Learning Circles.
Include formative assessment for children and follow up on learning outcomes and children in need of additional support.
Referral of children to specialised services.
Conduct parenting sessions and awareness sessions for caregivers
Prepare the caregiver sessions materials.
Prepare and send the invitations for caregivers.
Facilitate the sessions using active facilitation techniques.
Record attendance and follow up accordingly.
Education outreach
Lead on referral and follow up of school-aged children’s reintegration to formal education.
Meet with community stakeholders and education actors to inform them about the project, and to involve them with the implementation process when requested by the Education Officer.
Work with the Protection team to ensure protection principles are mainstreamed throughout the NFE Centre and activities and support the organisation and implementation of common activities and events.
Other:
Take active measures to address equality issues, particularly relating to gender, in programme as well as operational activities.
Ensure the highest stands of accountability through ensuring good communication and information sharing within and outside the organisation.
Be aware of, understand and comply with all of the organization policies and procedures (P4, finance, logistics, HR, security management etc).
