Job Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or University degree in relevant section.
Experience:
- 1-year experience in finance support
Skills/Competencies:
- Good Knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.
- Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, and outlook)
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi ethics environment

Job Description:
- Compiles and sort documents of kerosene distribution, such as invoices and checks substantiating financial transactions. Maintains records through filling, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging.
- Operates computer to enter data into spreadsheet and/or database.
- Operates office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, and calculator.
- Implement financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with verification officer to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
- Assist with the annual audit.
- Review all work papers of kerosene and making sure from total Liters distributed on daily base.
- Available to travel to camps and other work sites.
- Reviews work papers of payments for making payment by cash custodian.
- Archiving documents of kerosene distribution.
- Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
