Job Requirements:
Education:
- B.Sc. degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or other relevant sections.
Experience:
- 2 years of working experience in NGOs.
- Proven work experience as a social worker.
- One year of proven work as a graphic designer.
- Working knowledge of social theories and practices.
- Social perceptiveness and empathy.
Skills/Competencies:
- Good Knowledge of the English language, and fluency in Arabic.
- Familiarity with graphic design is an asset.
- Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel).
- Have high standards of ethics and integrity.
- Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships.
- Ability to relate and communicate with diverse populations and groups.
- Resilience along with the ability to assess situations.
- Willing to submit background checks.

Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, manage and implement support packages to help camp residents deal with difficulties and overcome dependencies.
- Deliver capacity-building activities on PSS, and Psychosocial first aid to project staff, Case identification, and referring mechanisms.
- Provide advice and support to the Protection Officer to ensure that all project activities are designed with gender-sensitive and protection-integrated approaches, with the needs of women, girls, boys, and men having been clearly considered and included in the design.
- Provide age-appropriate activities and psychosocial support to all cases identified and referred by the project team ensuring strict adherence to the core GBV guiding principles (safety and security, confidentiality, respect).
- Designing leaflets, booklets, signs, and other printed materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style preparing rough drafts, and presenting ideas are essential.
- Monitor and evaluate their progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Offer information, support, and counseling on the best course of action during sessions.
- Maintain constant communication with residents while addressing their concerns and goals and helping them keep positive attitudes.
- Organizing and managing packages of support to enable people to live the fullest lives possible.
- Complete monthly activity reports and develop and maintain work plans to achieve activities.
- Ensure equity in protection (gender, child protection, disability) by focusing on the Most Vulnerable.
- participating in multidisciplinary teams and meetings regarding, for example, child protection or mental health.
- Act as a key worker and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams.
