متطلبات العمل:

Essential:

o        University graduate (preferable in Busines management / Human resources).

o        1 year experience in an HR with INGOs

o        To be Independent and professional person

o        Experience working in Filing, tracking documents in the HR or Admin field

o        Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different people.

o        Very good verbal and written English skills.

o        Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research

o        Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion with confidential information

o        Ability to work independently and proactively

o        Proven ability to handle challenging work load

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Recruitment:

o        Support other office in terms of recruitment (Derek)

o        Advertise positions in NES all office

o        Advertise positions within the website of NES INGO vacancies

o        Collect CVs of hard copies from CV boxes classify them

o        Collect CVs of soft copies from the applications email and classify them

o        Work on longlisting for positions of Assistant level

o        Send invitations to candidates for interview arrangements

o        Participate in the interviews for national staff for Assistant level, volunteer and casual worker

o        Send reference checks

o        Prepare recruitment forms like offer letter, pay rationals and others

o        Send regret letters to unsuccessful candidates

  • Filing:

o        Update and maintain recruitment files in both hard and soft copies

o        Update and maintain Personnel files in both hard and soft copies

o        Maintain the training files with attendance lists in both hard and soft copies

o        Track the collection time sheets on monthly with the HR in the filds and sure to have them submitted to Finance

o        Work on scanning and printing all HR related documents

o        Support the HR Officer to ensrue the quality of filing system

o        Support HR Officer in documents transorfmation

  • Other tasks:

o        Coordinate with other department for preparing induction schedule for both national and international staff

o        Maintain confidentiality of all HR decisions, issues and records

o        Any other takes within the frame of the position
