Job Requirements:
University or institute in a related field, such as agriculture, food security, and humanitarians is preferred.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Experience in data collection, survey and date analysis is preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Good skills in English and Arabic language.
Ability to travel to all the program areas in north-east of Syria.
Good organizational and communication skills.

Job Description:
The Program Officer will be responsible to support the program Coordinator in overseeing and implementing the program activity In Raqqa governorate in addition to supervising the program team and work together to ensure the delivery of the services to the targeted beneficiaries as per the project design and providing the required reports to the line manager.
The role reports to Program Coordinator
Team member reporting to this post: Program Assistant
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY
Supervise and oversee the program assistants and work closely together to implement the program activity in Raqqa.
Responsible for flour distribution and the daily Bread production and Distribution in assigned Camp/IDP Site(s) and host communities.
Collect the required information and send the daily reports of the program activity to the line manager.
Follow with the program assistant and inform the line manager on the movement of Refugees/ IPDs in the assigned camp/ host communities, follow and update the population statistics of the assigned camp/ host communities, verify the number of households and populations as well as report on any required modifications (include new arrivals, exclude departures etc).
Responsible for monitor and implement the supplementary food voucher activity including the distribution and redemption process.
Combined the information from the field and submit the daily reports of Supplementary food Vouchers distribution and redemption in targeted areas to the line manager.
Update the line manager on any challenges of the program activity.
Daily follow up with the team member/s under his/her supervision to support program activity implementation.
Perform any other related duties as reasonably requested by the supervisor.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising the flour distribution through attending bakeries during the process.
Conducting the bakery survey through visiting the bakeries and following up on the progress to monitor the data.
Covering for another team member when they are absent as per supervisor’s instruction
