متطلبات العمل:
➢ University or institute degree
➢ Experience in data collection, assessments and surveys
➢ Good communication skills in interviewing beneficiaries
➢ Good knowledge in using ODK applications
➢ Ability to travel to all the program camps and collective Centers (CCs)
➢ Previous experience with NGOs is preferable
الوصف الوظيفي:
➢ Monitor the distribution of bread in the camps to ensure the requested quantity of bread reached the camp and delivered to the camp residents per allocated share (two loaves of bread per person per day)
➢ Weight random samples of bread packages to verify the actual weight of bread packages.
➢ Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) survey for the camp residents after each distribution to get feedback on the quality and quantity of received bread.
➢ Fill in ODK forms on kobo for the delivered and distributed quantity of bread to the camp residents per sectors and communities.
➢ Take GPS enabled photos for the bread distribution process.
➢ Register and follow up beneficiaries’ complaints and report to supervisor.
➢ Report any finding or issue that need to be flagged to supervisor directly.
➢ Submit a daily report on the bread distribution to supervisor.
➢ Keep and assure a good working environment with colleagues and beneficiaries.
➢ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
