Job Title: Field Assistant, Newroz Camp (BHA II -001– 2022 – Syria)

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Institute degree in relevant technical sections.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
- At least two years of work experience in the field of humanitarian aid, projects, community work, or another related field.
Other Considerations:
- Candidates will be required to provide educational certification to Blumont’s satisfaction as a requirement for this role

Job Description:
implementation of engineering works.
- Assist in preparing specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities.
- Participate and monitor distribution of the aid items and delivery of aid services in the camp in close collaboration with other colleagues e.g., distribution team.
- Write daily report on the designated issues with mentioning the suitable recommendations for solving the issues.
- Respect Blumont and humanitarian rules and regulations during the work implementations.
- Writing daily and weekly reports for the implemented activities.
- Follow up the maintenance activities which is implemented by Blumont and the other actors in the camp, also guidance the technician team inside and outside the camp for operating the networks such as (water network, electricity network …etc.)
- Ability to solve daily problems, interpreting a variety of instructions.
- Any other duties.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and support any activities implemented by Blumont or other NGOs such as provide public services in the camp.
- Assess the camp needs, identify the gaps and report to the line managers.
