Job Requirements:

Essential

  • University Graduate or relevant experience
  • Previous experience in Administration, eemployee relations and any other relevant fields.
  • Excellent skills in communication and dealing with others, supervising experiences.
  • Good attention to details and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, flexible and hard working.
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/training
  • Excellent Computer skills (Especially in WORD, Excel and Outlook)
  • Very good English skills – written and spoken.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Hasakah local society .
  • Previous experience in working with humanitarian organization.

Job Description:

  • Prepare Procurement Requests timely related to Office/Guest House supplies for Hasakah.
  • Follow up with lease contract (office, warehouses) in Hasakah in coordination with Admin team
  • Follow up/track and monitor attendance sheets of Hasakah staff and share it with Admin Officer on regular basis
  • Support all administrative procedures of moving to a new office or guest house space, work closely with logistics to complete all processes on time.
  • Help day to day running of the office.
  • Follow up with stationary inventory
  • Support the staff to stay in Hasakah Office including allocation of rooms, ensuring accommodation is appropriately equipped as necessary, supporting utility payments, internet connections etc
  • Tracking and managing the telephone credit for Hasakah staff members in coordination with Admin team
  • Invoicing and payment for electricity, water, utility, landline, and internet bills in addition to repair costs of the office in coordination with Admin team
  • Provide written translation of documents and materials and verbal translation, as needed
  • Make a list of missing items in the office and in the store for stationary, and IT supplies.
  • Collect information to create the organization ID cards.

Other tasks :

  • Any other duties as required/requested from the line manager
