An international NGO invites for submission eligible bidders for tender of Purchasing of Consumable Materials, only legitimate companies, wholesalers, and retailers are invited to participate. No dealers or intermediaries shall apply.

تدعو منظمة غير حكومية دولية مقدمي العطاءات المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءات شراء المواد الاستهلاكية، فقط الشركات الشرعية وتجار الجملة وتجار التجزئة مدعوون للمشاركة. لن تطبق أي تجار أو وسطاء

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the suppliers can be obtained from the Offices at Kobane, Derek, Raqqa, and Manbij during working days between 8.00 a.m. 04.00 p.m. before 05/06/2022 or upon request via email; procurement.nes@pinf.cz

يمكن الحصول على وثائق العطاء مع التعليمات التفصيلية لمقدمي العطاءات والنماذج التي يتعين على الموردين ملؤها من المكاتب في كوباني وديريك والرقة ومنبج خلال أيام العمل بين الساعة 8.00 صباحًا 04.00 مساءً. قبل 05/06/2022 أو عند الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني: procurement.nes@pinf.cz

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

يجب تقديم عروض العطاءات المختومة مع التفاصيل المطلوبة إلى CVT أو إرسالها بالبريد المسجل للوصول إلى مكتب CVT قبل تاريخ ووقت الإغلاق: 06-06-2022، بحلول الساعة 12:00 مساءً الى العناوين التالية:

Envelope opening session will be held on: 06/06/2022, 14:00 p.m. venue: CVT offices Conference Halls in all delivery locations, and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.

ستعقد جلسة افتتاح المغلفات في: 06/06/2022 الساعة 14:00 ظهراً. المكان: قاعات المؤتمرات بمكاتب CVT في جميع مواقع التسليم، ومقدمي العطاءات أو ممثليهم المعتمدين مدعوون للحضور عند افتتاح المظروف.
