Invitation for vendors registration

ü  Medical Relief for Syria (MRFS) is a humanitarian not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide vital medical support and assistance to those in need in Syria as a result of the ongoing conflict. MRFS has worked to provide assistance in Syria since February 2012.

ü  Our INGO is seeking for qualified providers with a proven background and full company documents registration to refresh our vendor catalog by adding only registered companies, required documents for eligibility of the vendors are:

·         company registration

·         copy of ID card

ü  documents attached to be filled and signed by vendor:

·         vendor registration form

·         Vendor Code of Conduct.

·         Master Term and Conditions.

ü       منظمة الإغاثة الطبية لسوريا (MRFS) هي منظمة إنسانية غير هادفة للربح تتمثل مهمتها في توفير الدعم الطبي الحيوي والمساعدة للمحتاجين في سوريا نتيجة للصراع المستمر. عملت MRFS على تقديم المساعدة في سوريا منذ فبراير 2012

ü       تسعى منظمتنا الى ايجاد موردين كفوئين لديهم خلفية مثبتة وتسجيل كامل لوثائق الشركة  لتحديث جدول بيانات الموردين الخاص بنا عن طريق اضافة الشركات المسجلة حصرا والوثائق المطلوبة لاهلية الشركة هي

·         تسجيل الشركة

·         صورة عن الهوية الشخصية

المستندات المرفقة التي يتعين على البائع ملؤها وتوقيعها:

·         استمارة تسجيل البائع

·         قواعد سلوك البائع.

·         الاحكام والشروط.
