Security Guard

 

Job Title: Security Guard (daily rate)

Reports to: Security officer / Access Assistant

Base: Raqqa

The role is to guard CVT compounds, warehouses, assets and staff, whilst abiding to NGO humanitarian principles to be unarmed, not using violence, and not to be affiliate with any armed groups. The main tasks are to detect, deter, observe and report. Security guards are responsible for supporting the Security Assistant (SA) (if exist), security officers and Security team leader (STL) regarding a to all security related matters within the field, office, warehouses.

Main responsibilities:

  • The daily guard covers the period of absence of the main guards in all the CvT facilities.
  • The daily guard should be ready to join the workplace within one day of being notified.
  • The monthly salary is calculated based on the number of working days each month.
  • Protect, using unarmed and non-violent means, CvT’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle parking, to prevent, detect or report signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Securely and politely, maintain access control, meaning receiving guests and visitors in a secure and polite way.
  • Adhere to CvT rules, guard rules, code of conduct, and humanitarian principles of not being involved in any active conflict
  • Follow up any security breaches and immediately report to all staff
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building / warehouses and perimeter.
  • Watch video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft or violent acts.
  • Use CVT’s records to write the daily activities and, such as staff movement or staff attended, visitors, and complaints.
  • Call Free Police or civil defence in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

Security procedures & preparedness

 

  • Know all of the active SOPs and Contingency Plans including: SOP for Medical Assistance, Evacuation Plan for your office and the Contingency Plan on Medical Evacuation
  • Ensure that SOPs and Contingency Plans are being followed in the office and communicate any shortcomings to the Security Manager and the Security TL.

Information collection & analysis

 

  • Maintain awareness of the safety and security of CVT locations, routes, distribution points and other project sites and their surroundings and report to the SA.
  • This job description could change as the role of the Security Department and of the Security Assistant develops. If SM make any changes on security guards matters, will by the security TL.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience with NGOs as a security guard or relevant experience, at least for one year is mandatory.
  • High school degree is mandatory.
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
  • Integrity and professionalism.

يتمثل الدور في حراسة مجمعات CVT والمستودعات والأصول والموظفين، مع الالتزام بالمبادئ الإنسانية للمنظمات غير الحكومية بأن تكون غير مسلحة، وعدم استخدام العنف، وعدم الانتساب إلى أي جماعات مسلحة. وتتمثل المهام الرئيسية في الكشف والردع والمراقبة والإبلاغ. حراس الأمن مسؤولون عن دعم مساعد الأمن (إن وجد) مسؤولي الأمن وقائد فريق الأمن (STL) فيما يتعلق بجميع المسائل المتعلقة بالأمن داخل الميدان والمكتب والمستودعات.

 

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

 

  • يقوم الحارس اليومي بتغطية فترة غياب الحراس الرئيسيين في جميع مرافق CvT.
  • يجب أن يكون الحارس اليومي جاهزاً للالتحاق بمكان العمل خلال يوم واحد من تاريخ إخطاره.
  • يتم احتساب الراتب الشهري على أساس عدد أيام العمل في كل شهر.
  • حماية ممتلكات وموظفي CvT، باستخدام وسائل غير مسلحة وغير عنيفة، من خلال الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومأمونة
  • مراقبة الدخول عند مداخل المبنى ومواقف السيارات، لمنع أو اكتشاف أو الإبلاغ عن علامات الاقتحام وضمان أمن الأبواب والنوافذ والبوابات.
  • الحفاظ على التحكم في الوصول بشكل آمن ومهذب، مما يعني استقبال الضيوف والزوار بطريقة آمنة ومهذبة.
  • الالتزام بقواعد CvT، وقواعد الحراسة، ومدونة قواعد السلوك، والمبادئ الإنسانية لعدم التورط في أي صراع نشط
  • متابعة أي خروقات أمنية والإبلاغ الفوري لجميع الموظفين
  • القيام بدوريات بشكل عشوائي أو منتظم للمبنى/المستودعات والمحيط.
  • مشاهدة كاميرات الفيديو وتشغيل معدات الكشف/الطوارئ.
  • المراقبة والسماح بدخول ومغادرة الموظفين والزوار وغيرهم من الأشخاص للحماية من السرقة أو أعمال العنف.
  • استخدام سجلات CVT لكتابة الأنشطة اليومية مثل حركة الموظفين أو حضور الموظفين والزوار والشكاوى.
  • الاتصال بالشرطة أو الدفاع المدني في حالات الطوارئ مثل الحريق أو وجود أشخاص غير مصرح لهم.

 

الإجراءات الأمنية والجاهزية

 

  • معرفة جميع إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة وخطط الطوارئ بما في ذلك: إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة الخاصة بالمساعدة الطبية وخطة الإخلاء للمكتب وخطة الطوارئ الخاصة بالإخلاء الطبي
  • التأكد من أن إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة وخطط الطوارئ يتم اتباعها في المكتب وإبلاغ أي أوجه قصور إلى مدير الأمن ومدير فريق الأمن.

 

جمع وتحليل المعلومات

 

  • الحفاظ على الوعي بسلامة وأمن مواقع CVT والطرق ونقاط التوزيع ومواقع المشاريع الأخرى والمناطق المحيطة بها وتقديم تقرير إلى مساعد الأمن.
  • يمكن أن يتغير هذا الوصف الوظيفي مع تطور دور قسم الأمن ومساعد الأمن. إذا قام مساعد الأمن بإجراء أي تغييرات على شؤون حراس الأمن، فسيتم ذلك بواسطة قائد الأمن.

 

متطلبات العمل:

 

  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية كحارس أمن أو الخبرة ذات الصلة، على الأقل لمدة سنة واحدة -إلزامية.
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة إلزامية.
  • القدرة على تشغيل أنظمة الكشف ومعدات الطوارئ.
  • معرفة ممتازة بإجراءات/بروتوكولات السلامة العامة والأمن.
  • النزاهة والكفاءة المهنية.
