متطلبات العمل:
- خبرة مع منظمة حسنة السمعة، في دور مماثل سيكون ميزة.
- يجب أن يتمتع ممرضو الطوارئ بمهارات قوية في التفكير النقدي واتخاذ القرار، فضلاً عن القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد تحت الضغط.
- مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الآخرين ممتازة ضرورية، كممرضات الطوارئ
- بحاجة إلى التفاعل مع المرضى وأسرهم ومختلف المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية.
- المعرفة بمختلف الإجراءات الطبية والمعدات المستخدمة عادة فيقسم الطوارئ مهم

الوصف الوظيفي:
- الفرز: تقييم المرضى وتحديد أولوياتهم بناءً على خطورة حالتهم.
- ضمان حصول المرضى الأكثر خطورة على الاهتمام الفوري.
- تقييم المريض: إجراء تقييمات بدنية شاملة، واتخاذ الإجراءات الطبية والتاريخ وجمع العلامات الحيوية لتحديد حالة المريض واحتياجاته.
- إدارة الدواء: إدارة الأدوية حسب طلب الأطباء .
- مراقبة المرضى لردود الفعل السلبية.
- العلاج والإجراءات: تنفيذ أو المساعدة في مختلف الإجراءات الطبية. مثل العناية بالجروح، والتنبيب، والقسطرة، وإدخال الوريد.
- المراقبة: المراقبة المستمرة للعلامات الحيوية للمرضى ومستويات الأكسجين والقلب الإيقاعات، والاستجابة لأية تغييرات على الفور.
- إدارة الأزمات: الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية وحالات الصدمات.
- توفير التدخلات المنقذة للحياة، وتحقيق استقرار المرضى.
- تثقيف المرضى: تثقيف المرضى وأسرهم حول حالتهم وعلاجهم والخطط وتعليمات الرعاية بعد الخروج من المستشفى.
- التنسيق: التعاون مع المتخصصين الآخرين في الرعاية الصحية، بما في ذلك الأطباء، المتخصصين، وموظفي الأشعة والمختبرات، لتوفير رعاية شاملة للمرضى.
- التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومفصلة للمرضى، بما في ذلك التقييمات والتدخلات والنتائج.
- الدعوة: الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وضمان حصولهم على الرعاية المناسبة والموارد.

- القيام بأي عمل آخر يكلفك به طبيبك أو مدير المستشفى أو مدير المشروع.

Job Requirements:
- Experience with a reputable organization, in a similar role would be an advantage
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in nursing
- Emergency nurses should have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as emergency nurses
need to interact with patients, their families, and various healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of various medical procedures and equipment commonly used in the
emergency department is important
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for patients at all times is essential.
Ability to lead, train, supervise and facilitate
- Ability to work as a member of a team is essential
Job Description:
Emergency nurses play a crucial role in providing immediate care, making critical decisions, and
ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients in the fast-paced and high-stress environment
of the emergency department. Their duties require them to be adaptable, resourceful, and able
to handle a wide variety of medical situations.
- Triage: Assessing and prioritizing patients based on the severity of their condition,
ensuring that the most critical patients receive immediate attention.
- Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough physical assessments, taking medical
histories, and collecting vital signs to determine the patient’s condition and needs.
- Medication Administration: Administering medications as ordered by physicians and
monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Treatment and Procedures: Performing or assisting with various medical procedures,
such as wound care, intubation, catheterization, and IV insertion.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitoring patients’ vital signs, oxygen levels, and cardiac
rhythms, and responding to any changes promptly.
- Crisis Management: Responding to medical emergencies and trauma situations,
providing life-saving interventions, and stabilizing patients.
- Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on their conditions, treatment
plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Coordination: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians,
specialists, and radiology and laboratory staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including
assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Advocacy: Advocating for patients’ needs and ensuring they receive appropriate care
and resources.
- Infection Control: Following strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of
infectious diseases in the emergency department.
- Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety procedures and protocols to ensure the well-being
of patients and staff.
- Patient Transfers: Facilitating the transfer of patients to other units or facilities when
necessary for specialized care.
- Attend the planned exercises and deal positively with the project management.
