MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Dispense the prescribed medication to the beneficiaries
- Explain to the beneficiaries the medication dose, frequency, side effect, safe use of it.
- Rational prescription of medications in line with the prescription check.
- Stock management of the primary health care centre pharmacy
- Receive the drugs and medical supplies needed in the clinic.
- Fill the daily and weekly consumption sheets and send it every two weeks to the medical team of the organization.
- In charge of the monthly medical inventory for all the drugs and consumables in the pharmacy (physical counts).
- Report for any rupture, running cost items before finishing at the pharmacy in the health centre.
- Work closely with the centre’s medical doctors and staff to order the drugs and consumables for the clinic every two weeks.
- Keep pharmacy records and prescriptions in the warehouse.
- Ensure that all items are well organized and correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.).
- Ensure that the pharmacy refrigerator is functioning properly and alert the logistics if there is any problem.
- Monitor the temperature on regular basis, alert the pharmacy supervisor if the temperature is high.
- Ensure that all the pharmacy documents organized in the files and folders.
- Participate in professional development of self, ensuring mandatory educational requirements are attended in calendar time.
- Actively participate in and attend all education activities within the center.
- Actively support and participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
- Follow and practice infection control policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the confines of the clinic for clients, visitors and other staff.

- صرف الأدوية الموصوفة للمستفيدين
- شرح للمستفيدين جرعة الدواء ومدى تكراره وأعراضه الجانبية واستعماله الآمن.
- وصف عقلاني للأدوية بما يتماشى مع فحص الوصفة الطبية.
- إدارة مخزون صيدلية مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية
- استلام الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية اللازمة في المركز حسب الجرد.
- تعبئة بيانات الاستهلاك اليومية والأسبوعية وإرسالها أسبوعيا إلى الفريق الطبي بالمنظمة.
- مسؤول عن الجرد الطبي الشهري لجميع الأدوية والمواد الاستهلاكية في الصيدلية (الجرد المادي).
- تقرير عن أي انقطاع، او نفاذ المواد قبل الانتهاء في الصيدلية في المركز الصحي.
- العمل عن كثب مع الأطباء والموظفين بالمركز لطلب الأدوية والمواد الاستهلاكية للعيادة كل أسبوعين.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الصيدلة والوصفات الطبية في المستودع.
- التأكد من أن جميع العناصر منظمة بشكل جيد ومخزنة بشكل صحيح ، ومحمية بشكل جيد ، ومحددة بالكامل ويمكن الوصول إليها بسهولة (النظافة ، والأمن ، والوصول ، وما إلى ذلك).
- تأكد من أن ثلاجة الصيدلية تعمل بشكل صحيح وتنبيه فريق المنظمة في حالة وجود أي مشكلة.
- مراقبة درجة الحرارة على أساس منتظم ، وتنبيه مشرف الصيدلية إذا كانت درجة الحرارة مرتفعة او منخفضة بشدة.
- التأكد من أن جميع مستندات الصيدلية منظمة في ملفات ومجلدات.
- المشاركة في التطوير المهني للذات ، وضمان حضور المتطلبات التعليمية الإلزامية في الوقت المطلوب.
- المشاركة بنشاط وحضور جميع الأنشطة التعليمية داخل المركز.
- الدعم والمشاركة بنشاط في أنشطة تحسين الجودة المستمر المستمر.
- متابعة وممارسة سياسات وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى.
- ضمان بيئة آمنة ومأمونة داخل حدود العيادة للمرضى والزوار والموظفين الآخرين.
Profile
- Diploma in Pharmacy and 1-2 years experiences in a health center “Hospitals or PHCs.
- Fluent speaking and writing Kurdish and Arabic languages are required.
- Positive and professional attitude, able to organize, maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure, work overtime when necessary and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for patients at all times is essential.
- Demonstrated ability and experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Applicant should not be having another Job if he/she got selected.
- Registered in the Nurse Association in the region.
- Effective communication
- دبلوم في الصيدلة وخبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مركز صحي )مشفى او مستوصف).
- التحدث والكتابة بطلاقة اللغات الكردية والعربية مطلوبة.
- الموقف الإيجابي والمهني ، والقدرة على التنظيم والحفاظ على رباطة الجأش وتحديد أولويات العمل تحت الضغط ، والعمل الإضافي عند الضرورة والقدرة على تنسيق مهام متعددة والحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية واحترام المرضى في جميع الأوقات أمر ضروري.
- أظهار القدرة والخبرة في العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني داخل فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- يجب ألا يكون المتقدم لديه وظيفة أخرى إذا تم اختياره.
- مسجل في نقابة الصيادلة بالمنطقة.
- لديه/ا مستوى عالي من التواصل الفعال
