Job Title: Field HR Officer

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including intercultural communication.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing field conditions.

Know local labor laws and regulations in the field location.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Ability to work in a stressful environment and adapt quickly to changing environments.

Job Description:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Coordinate and lead the recruitment process in the field, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and checking references.

Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations.

Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new staff members.

Employee Relations:

Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the field.

maximize the insurance of having a positive work environment and provide support for conflict resolution.

Conduct regular field visits to connect with staff and address HR-related issues.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the field staff and coordinate training programs.

Monitor staff development and assist in career progression.Ensure compliance with professional development plans

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting and performance appraisals.

Advise on recognition, rewards, and disciplinary actions as necessary.Maintain accurate employee records related to performance evaluations.

HR Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied in the field.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR documentation, including employment contracts and personnel files.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
