مهارات كتابة واتصال ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

الوصف الوظيفي:

إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية مع الإدارة وفريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع مجتمعات المستفيدين، مع ضمان مشاركتهم الفعّالة ومشاركتهم طوال جميع مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
إجراء مراقبة منتظمة لأنشطة المشروع المتعلقة بالحماية وتقديم الدعم والتوجيه لتعزيز جودة وفعالية تدخلات الحماية.
ضمان توافر الموارد والبنية التحتية اللازمة لدعم أنشطة الحماية في مواقع المشروع وتطبيق التدابير اللازمة للسلامة والأمان.
ضمان استشارة المستفيدين وأخذ آرائهم في الاعتبار خلال جميع مراحل تنفيذ المشروع، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تلبية احتياجاتهم ومخاوفهم في مجال الحماية.
دعم أنشطة التقييم والمتابعة والمساءلة والتعلم (MEAL) المستمرة، بما في ذلك توثيق النجاحات والتحديات والدروس المستفادة في سياق تدخلات الحماية.
دعم فريق التقييم والمتابعة في إجراء التقييمات الأولية والنهائية لأنشطة الحماية.
مساعدة منسق المشروع في ضمان إعداد تقارير عالية الجودة وفي الوقت المناسب للجهات المانحة/الشركاء، وكذلك تقارير أخرى المطلوبة من الحكومة المحلية، والجهات المانحة، والمجموعات، والمنطقة، أو المقر وفقًا لجدول التقارير، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على النتائج والتأثير المتعلق بالحماية.
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات التعليم وحماية الطفل ومدونة السلوك، مع تعزيز آليات الصحة والسلامة المناسبة في مواقع المشروع.
المشاركة في اجتماعات فريق والموظفين المنتظمة لتنسيق جهود الحماية وتبادل التحديثات والتحديات.
التعاون مع أعضاء من قطاعات أخرى من خلال الاجتماعات المنتظمة لضمان تكامل وتنسيق أنشطة الحماية مع مكونات المشروع الأخرى.
إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وفصلية وسنوية حول أنشطة الحماية والتقدم المحرز والتحديات.
إدارة الجانب التشغيلي للالميزانية المتعلقة بأنشطة الحماية وتقديم طلبات الشراء وفقًا لخطة المشتريات.
القيام بأي واجبات أخرى مطلوبة من قبل كبير ضابط المشروع أو رئيس البرامج، وتكون ذات صلة خاصة بتدخلات الحماية.

Degree in education, child protection, development, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, organization, and
relationship building.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English, and Arabic.
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel

Job Description:

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with management, project staff, and relevant stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with beneficiary communities, ensuring their active participation and involvement throughout all stages of project implementation.
Conduct regular observations of project activities related to protection and provide supportive coaching and mentoring support to enhance the quality and effectiveness of protection interventions.
Ensure that project sites have sufficient resources and infrastructure to support protection activities and that proper safety and security measures are in place.
Ensure beneficiaries are consulted and their views are taken into account during all stages of project implementation, with a particular focus on addressing their protection needs and concerns.
Support ongoing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities, including documenting successes, challenges, and lessons learned in the context of protection interventions.
Support the MEAL team with baseline and final evaluations of protection activities.
Assist the project coordinator in ensuring timely preparation of high-quality donor/partner reports, as well as other reports needed/required by the local government, donors, clusters, the region, or headquarters as per reporting schedule, with a specific emphasis on protection-related outcomes and impact.
Ensure compliance with education and child protection policies and code of conduct, while promoting appropriate health and safety mechanisms in project sites.
Participate in regular team and staff meetings to coordinate protection efforts and share updates and challenges.
Collaborate with members of other sectors through regular meetings to ensure integration and coordination of protection activities with other project components.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on protection activities, progress, and challenges.
Manage the operational part of the budget related to protection activities and raise purchase requests (PRs) according to the procurement plan.
Fulfill any other duties as required by the Senior Project Officer or Head of Programs, specifically related to protection interventions.
