Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience, including experience in data management,
  • Information technology or any other related field is a must
  • °Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
  • e Excellent skills in Excel are a must; knowledge of data collection and mapping Tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
  • ° Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, analysing and reporting.
  • °Ability to interact effectively with international and national Berenice as well as with project partners and community members
  • ° Excellent in written and spoken English, Arabic and Kurdish, good writing and
  • Reporting skills.

Job Description:

Essential Job functions

  • Collect and consolidate data from various partners, prepare and submit reports on regular bases

Manage, analyse, and document data and information from INGOs interventions in

  • North-East Syria

   Map assistance coverage in Northeast Syria, analyse and report the potential gaps

  • Produce, share maps illustrating scale/coverage of assistance

   Working with sector coordinators to provide ad hoc information management

  • support as required

Maintain data bases, provide data entry if required .

  • Establish and maintain filing and documentation system accessible for
  • humanitarian partners working in Northeast Syria

Coordinate with the NES Forum IM Unit an on regular basis to ensure

  • consistency on data collection and analysis and identify gaps and /or overlaps

° Adhere to all Concern policies and procedures as outlined in Concern policies and

  • procedure manuals;
  • Conduct himself/herself both professionally and personally in respect to
  • Humanitarian principles and INGOs code of conduct
  • Other duties as assigned.

INFLUENCE & REPRESENTATION :

  • Identify, build and manage collaborative partnerships with consortium partners,
  • sub-grantees, donors, local governments and other stakeholders.

 Communicate effectively to ensure overall project targets and donor obligations are met.

  • Country leadership. at Proactively ensure that team members operate in a secure environment. And are Aware of policies.
