Job Title: Logistic Assistant

Job Description:
- Logistics assistant is responsible to implement and manage all logistics activates of Hajin and support DZ office.
- Update procurement tracker.
- Monthly assets count.
- Check drivers log books.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods and services and received in good condition as per invoices, delivery notes and packing lists.
- Market assessment through quotations.
- Update the price catalogue, supplier list and contract follow up.
- Perform purchase activities as per AFH procurement procedures.
- Receiving of supplier and maintain stock as per stock procedures.
- Responsible for the payments to the suppliers.
- Weekly reconciliation of purchase files with the cashier for payment.
- Periodic physical inventory of stock.
- Maintain all purchase files in an orderly manner.
- Submitting monthly report (procurement tracker, physical inventory, other needed reports) to line manager.
- Any other tasks requested by line manager.

Other Information’s:
- Professional diploma or university degree in a Logistics field (Supply, IT, Purchase, etc.).
- Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft office, internet).
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably with an INGO.
