متطلبات العمل:

Understanding of mental health and psychosocial issues  Knowledge of standard legal procedures  Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, well organized, network-builder, able to handle pressure well and work in cross-cultural setting  Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative  Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure  English will be preferable  Maintain confidentiality  Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or case management  Experience and demonstrated understanding of working with a refugee or internally displaced communities

الوصف الوظيفي:

إجراء تقييمات الصحة العقلية للأفراد والأسر في مناطق التجمع التي تغطيها عيادة AFH المتنقلة، أو التي تتم إحالتها من قبل وكالات أخرى، وضع خطط الرعاية، وتقديم التدخل النفسي، و المتابعة بالتعاون الوثيق مع الأطباء العامين و

الطبيب النفسي.

 إجراء جلسات تثقيف نفسي جماعية للرجال والنساء لزيادة الوعي حول جوانب الصحة النفسية وأعراض اضطرابات الصحة النفسية . تقديم المعلومات والدعم للأفراد والأسر، بما في ذلك

مرافقتهم إذا لزم الأمر إلى الخدمات ذات الصلة.

 العمل مع مدير الحالة / الأخصائي الاجتماعي من الحماية لتبسيط الأمر

تقديم الخدمات والمتابعة؛ بما في ذلك الإحالات إلى أنشطة PSS الأخرى.

 تطوير خرائط الخدمات للمنطقة المستهدفة وتحديثها بانتظام.

 المشاركة في فرق متعددة التخصصات ومؤتمرات الحالة ومجموعات العمل

ورش العمل المتصلة بها والدورات التدريبية عند الحاجة. أيضًا الإشراف نصف الأسبوعي واجتماعات الفريق.

 إجراء جلسات PSS منظمة وفقًا لبرنامج محدد

 تقارير إلى مساعد الحماية

 واجبات أخرى يكلفها بها المشرف لتمكين وتطوير برنامج AFH.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

 Conduct mental health assessments of individuals and families in catchment areas covered by AFH mobile clinic, or referred by other agencies, develop care plans, deliver psychological intervention, and follow ups; in close cooperation with GPs and Psychiatrist.  Conduct group psychoeducation sessions for men and women to raise awareness about Mental Health aspects and symptoms of Mental Offering information, support and advocacy to individuals and families, including

escorting them if necessary to relevant services.

 Work with the referring case manager/social worker from Protection to streamline

service provision and follow-up; including referrals to other PSS activities.

 Develop services mapping for targeted area and update it regularly.

 Participating in multidisciplinary teams, case conferences, working groups, and related

workshops and trainings when required; also, bi-weekly supervision and team meetings.

 Conduct structured PSS sessions according to a specific program

 Reports to the protection assistant

 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop AFH program.Health disorders.
