The Site Visit and Pre-Tender Information Session are mandatory for the bidders. The Site Visit (including Pre-Tender Information Session) will be held in Washokani camp in 14/09/2023 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Local Time in Syria). In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 17/09/2023.
The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

زيارة الموقع و حضور جلسة المعلومات قبل المناقصة إجبارية لمقدمي العروض. ستعقد زيارة الموقع (بما في ذلك جلسة المعلومات قبل المناقصة) في مخيم واشوكاني بتاريخ 14/09/2023 ما بين الساعة 00:10 صباحا و 12:00 ظهرا (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا). سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في 17/09/2023 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
