القدرة على القيادة والتدريب والإشراف والتيسير.

الوصف الوظيفي:

يقوم هذا المنصب بجميع المهام المطلوبة من الممرض، بالإضافة إلى المهام الإدارية والمهام القيادية والتدريبية.
هذا المنصب مسؤول عن جميع الممرضين ومساعدي الجراح وفنيي التخدير أو الممرضات وفنيي الصيدلة وفنيي الأشعة، وقد يُطلب منهم ذلك تنظيم التثقيف الصحي.
بشكل أساسي، يعمل مشرف التمريض في قسم الطوارئ ويغطي أي ممرض أثناء غيابه.
التأكد من صحة بيانات المريض (المعلومات الشخصية، العلامات الحيوية، العلاج المقدم،التشخيص…) تتم تعبئتها بمنتهى الدقة.
التأكد من قيام الممرضين بأخذ العلامات الحيوية للمرضى (الضغط، النبض، التنفس، ودرجة الحرارة) وإعطاء الأدوية اللازمة حسب تعليمات الطبيب المتخصص.
مساعدة الأطباء في الجناح وغرفة الطوارئ ومرافق المستشفى الأخرى.
مسؤول عن جاهزية جناح العمليات وقسم الطوارئ.
المسؤول عن الاستعداد الطبي لسيارة الإسعاف.
التأكد من التزام المرؤوسين بجدول المناوبات.
حضور الدورات التدريبية المقررة والتفاعل بشكل إيجابي مع إدارة المشروع.

Job Requirements:

At least 7-8 years of working experience in the relevant field.

Job Description:

This position performs all the tasks required of a nurse, in addition to administrative,

leadership and training tasks.

This position is responsible for all nurses, surgeon’s assistants, anesthesia technicians,

OR nurses, pharmacy technicians and radiology technicians, and may be required to

organize health educators.

Basically, the Nursing Supervisor works in the emergency department and covers for any nurse during their absence.
Ensure that the patient’s data (personal information, vital signs, treatment provided,

diagnosis…) are filled out with utmost accuracy.

Ensure that the nurses are taking patients’ vital signs (pressure, pulse, respiration, and

temperature) and giving the necessary medications according to the instructions of the

specialist doctor.

Assisting doctors in the ward, ER and other hospital facilities.
Responsible for the readiness of the operating ward and ER.
Responsible for the medical readiness of the ambulance.
Ensure that subordinates adhere to the shift schedule.
Attend the scheduled trainings and interact positively with the project management.
Depending on our activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted as required by the Medical Officer or the Health Manager.
