الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاء:
يمكن تحميل ملف العطاء الكامل باللغة الإنجليزية من خلال الوثائق المرفقة. وقبل الموعد النهائي: 3-09-2023 – 22:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا). لن تكون هناك إمكانية لتنزيل حزمة العطاءات بعد 29-08-2023الساعة 22:00 بتوقيت سوريا.
