| A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for Rehabilitation of main roads in Abu Khashab camp, Kisreh Sub-district, Governorate Deir-ez-Zor. | منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض تأهيل الطرق الرئيسية في مخيم ابو خشب، منطقة كسرة، محافظة دير الزور.

| Tender documentation can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org
Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 Syria Time, 03/09/2023 by email at syria.operations@acted.org with reference T/16FMU/9T2BYJ/RAQ/SHEL/20-08-2023/1.
A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 Syria Time, 28/08/2023 in organization representative office (address will be shared upon offer request)
As well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 29/08/2023.
The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 13:00 بتوقيت سوريا، 03/09/2023 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني ل syria.operations@acted.org مع ذكر مرجع المناقصة T/16FMU/9T2BYJ/RAQ/SHEL/20-08-2023/1
ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة بتاريخ 28/08/2023 الساعة 14:00 ظهراّ (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند طلب العرض).
وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع teams مع العرض. ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الجلسة التعريفية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في 29/08/2023 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
