The Opportunity:

  • Recruitment:
  • Support other office in terms of recruitment (Derek)
  • Advertise positions in NES all office
  • Advertise positions within the website of NES INGO vacancies.
  • Collect CVs of hard copies from CV boxes classify them
  • Collect CVs of soft copies from the applications email and classify them
  • Work on longlisting for positions of Assistant level
  • Send invitations to candidates for interview arrangements
  • Participate in the interviews for national staff for Assistant level, volunteer and casual worker
  • Send reference checks
  • Prepare recruitment forms like offer letter, pay rationals and others
  • Send regret letters to unsuccessful candidates

  • Filing:
  • Update and maintain recruitment files in both hard and soft copies
  • Update and maintain Personnel files in both hard and soft copies
  • Maintain the training files with attendance lists in both hard and soft copies
  • Track the collection time sheets on monthly with the HR in the fields and sure to have them submitted to Finance.
  • Work on scanning and printing all HR related documents
  • Support the HR Officer to ensrue the quality of filing system
  • Support HR Officer in documents transformation
  • Other tasks:
  • Coordinate with other department for preparing induction schedule for both national and international staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR decisions, issues and records
  • Any other takes within the frame of the position

 

In order to be successful, you will bring/have:

 

Essential:

  • University graduate (preferable in Busines management / Human resources).
  • 1 year experience in an HR with INGOs
  • To be Independent and professional person
  • Experience working in Filing, tracking documents in the HR or Admin field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different people.
  • Very good verbal and written English skills.
  • Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven ability to handle challenging work load
