الوصف الوظيفي:
تسهيل PSS وجلسات التدريس
- الاتصال مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المجتمع حول تنفيذ برنامج حماية المنظمة.
- التنفيذ المباشر للأنشطة التي تهدف إلى تحسين الرفاهية الاجتماعية والعاطفية للمراهقات والأطفال ، بناءً على المناهج الدراسية المتفق عليها.
- العمل مع “مساعد الحماية” لتحديد وتقييم المستفيدين من برنامج الحماية على أساس المعايير المتفق عليها.
- تأكد من أن جميع المراهقين والأطفال ومقدمي الرعاية على دراية بآلية المساءلة / استجابة المجتمع في المنظمة.
- دعم فريق الرصد والتقييم بجمع البيانات والتقييمات الأساسية بناءً على إرشادات المنظمة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مقدمي الرعاية لضمان الحضور المستمر للأطفال والفتيات في البرنامج.
- Advocate “مساعد الحماية” لإحالات المستفيدين ، كما هو مطلوب.
- المشاركة بنشاط في إعداد خطط البرامج الأسبوعية.

- اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لمعالجة قضايا المساواة ، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالنوع الاجتماعي ، في البرامج وكذلك الأنشطة التنفيذية.
- ضمان أعلى مستويات المساءلة من خلال ضمان التواصل الجيد وتبادل المعلومات داخل وخارج المنظمة.
- كن على دراية بجميع سياسات وإجراءات المنظمة وفهمها والامتثال لها (P4 ، المالية ، اللوجستيات ، الموارد البشرية ، إدارة الأمن ، إلخ).

- Prior practical experience in providing psychosocial support to children and adolescent girls .
- Experience in social work and outreach activities.

Job Description:
Facilitating PSS and teaching sessions
- Liaise with key community stakeholders about the implementation of Organization’s Protection Program.
- Directly implement activities aimed at improving the social and emotional wellbeing of adolescent girls and children, based on the agreed curriculum.
- Work with the Protection Assistant to identify and assess beneficiaries for protection program based on the agreed criteria.
- Ensure that all adolescents, children and caregivers are aware of the Organization’s accountability/ community response mechanism.
- Support the M&E team with data collection and baseline assessments based on organization’s guidelines.
- Work closely with caregivers to ensure the ongoing attendance of children and girls in the program.
- Advocate to the Protection Assistant for beneficiary referrals, as required.
- Actively participate in the preparation of weekly program plans.
Other:
- Take active measures to address equality issues, particularly relating to gender, in programme as well as operational activities.
- Ensure the highest stands of accountability by ensuring good communication and information sharing within and outside the organisation.
- Be aware of, understand and comply with all of Organization’s policies and procedures (P4, finance, logistics, HR, security management etc).
Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the line manager.
