JOB TITLE: Housekeeper -Daily Rate

DUTY STATION: Deir Ezzor Office -Al-Kasra Area

SUPERVISOR POSITION: Humanitarian access & Logistic Assistant

The Daily Housekeeper will be based in CVT’s Deir Ezzor Office and will be under the supervision of and report to the Humanitarian access & Logistic Assistant with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Maintain the building cleanness, which includes cleaning the guesthouse.
Daily duties for guesthouse cleaning (bathrooms, common areas, mopping floors and stairs, corridors, yards…)
Cleaning of windows once a month.
Maintain the cleanliness of GH beds linens and wash them regularly.
Ensure the availability of kitchen equipment, as well as refreshments and cleaning tools, and inform the supervisor before the stock off them runs out.
Keeping kitchens, toilets in hygienic condition and replenishing sanitary items as deemed necessary.
Continuously Refilling water dispensers with potable water, cleaning them, and ensure that the drinking cups are cleaned regularly.
Notify the supervisor about any repairs that she/he deems necessary.
Re-filling fuel containers of diesel heaters in offices and guesthouses.
Cooking for guesthouse visitors and upon to request and set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment with following health procedures in cooking.

Requirements:

Cleaning Techniques: proficiency in dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
Knowledge of cleaning materials: familiarity with cleaning products and chemicals.
Sanitation and hygiene standards: adherence to industry-standard practices and hygiene protocols.
Equipment operation: competence in using and maintaining cleaning equipment.
Previous experience with INGOs is desired.

Note: Signature of the contract is dependent on the approval of the project from the donor. CvT reserves the right to cancel the recruitment if the funds do not get approved.

سيكون مقر المدبرة اليومية في مكتب CVT في دير الزور -منطقة الكسرة وسيكون تحت إشراف وتقديم التقارير إلى مساعد الوصول الإنساني واللوجستي ضمن المسؤوليات التالية:

المسؤوليات:

الحفاظ على نظافة المبنى والتي تشمل تنظيف دار الضيافة.
واجبات يومية لتنظيف دار الضيافة (الحمامات والأماكن العامة ومسح الأرضيات والسلالم والممرات والساحات … إلخ)
تنظيف النوافذ مرة في الشهر.
الحفاظ على نظافة بياضات الأسرة في منزل الضيافة وغسلها بانتظام.
التأكد من توافر معدات المطبخ، وكذلك المرطبات وأدوات التنظيف، وإبلاغ المشرف قبل نفاد المخزون منها.
الحفاظ على المطابخ والمراحيض في حالة صحية وتجديد المواد الصحية حسب الضرورة.
إعادة تعبئة موزعات المياه باستمرار بمياه الشرب وتنظيفها والتأكد من تنظيف أكواب الشرب بانتظام.
إخطار المشرف بأي إصلاحات يراها ضرورية.
إعادة تعبئة خزانات الوقود الخاصة بمدافئ الوقود في المكاتب ودور الضيافة.
الطهي لزوار دار الضيافة وعند الطلب وإنشاء محطات عمل مع جميع المكونات اللازمة ومعدات الطبخ مع اتباع الإجراءات الصحية في الطهي.

المؤهلات:

المعرفة بتقنيات التنظيف: إتقان تنظيف الغبار والكنس والمسح والكنس والتعقيم.
المعرفة بمواد التنظيف: الإلمام بمنتجات التنظيف والمواد الكيميائية.
الالمام بمعايير الصرف الصحي والنظافة: الالتزام بممارسات الصناعة القياسية وبروتوكولات النظافة.
تشغيل المعدات: الكفاءة في استخدام وصيانة معدات التنظيف.
الخبرة سابقة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية مرغوبة.

ملاحظة: توقيع العقد يعتمد على موافقة الجهة المانحة على المشروع. تحتفظ CvT بالحق في إلغاء التوظيف إذا لم تتم الموافقة على الدعم.
