We were founded in 2011 in the UK by a group of doctors whose sole focus was to provide assistance and aid to those devastated by conflict. For over a decade we have built an expertise in responding to humanitarian needs to benefit the most vulnerable people affected by conflict, disasters, and extreme poverty

General conditions:
- The closing date of this tender is fixed on 15-07-2023 at 16:00 (Iraq time)
- Offers should be submitted in English, only US Dollar – USD, (Mandatory) including all Taxes, transportation, and other fees.
- The documents should include a detailed CV, a certificate of experience, and a valid commercial license in addition to the financial offer and technical offer. If any lack of the required documents, the offer will be canceled.
- The supplier should send an excel version (financial offer) + technical offer + a signed and sealed version in accordance with the Excel version.
- 6-The supplier should submit the individual price for each item, with the full price of each item, and then confirms the final total price of the offer.
- The supplier should confirm the names of the offered brands, the country of origin, and the technical specifications.
- The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract.
- The offer must be submitted to (logistics.iraq@actionforhumanity.org) with the mentioned ADV code “AFH-RQ-HC-SRTFRQ23-2832-8” in the Subject of the Email.
- Submitted offers after the Closing Date will be rejected.
- The supplier who withdraws after the opening of the bids or during contracting will be deprived of the next tenders and the person’s name and the company’s name will be recorded on the blacklist.
- In case of a total price calculations mistake, the unit price will be considered for the total calculated value
- Photos of the samples should be submitted with the offer. All suppliers are required to submit photos and catalogues for all items, the photos should clearly show the (date of expiry, specifications, brand name, and origin)
- The validity of the offer shall be at least 90 days.
- To get the documents of the tender: either visit our main office; Syria- Raqqa city, Al-Tass-hih Neighborhood – next to Al-Rasheed compound.
- The delivery location is Raqqa( Tell Al-Saman – Al-Jalaa – Al-Rawdah – Rumaila – Abbara – Khneiz)
