متطلبات العمل:
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-4 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
- إتقان اللغة المحلية المطلوبة؛ يفضل مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات الاتصال والقيادة الجيدة.
- السلوك الإيجابي والمهني، قادر على التنظيم، والحفاظ على الهدوء وتحديد الأولويات وتحمل العمل تحت الضغط.
- القدرة على العمل كعضو في فريق أمر ضروري.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- تشخيص وعلاج مرضى الأطفال بما في ذلك الرضع في الحاضنات وعلاجهم وما يتبعها.
- الإشراف على تعبئة بيانات المرضى الأطفال وتسجيل أي تغيير في خطة العلاج.
- يتبع بروتوكولات العلاج وإرشادات منظمة الصحة العالمية.
- علاج الحالات الطارئة (حروق، كدمات، تسمم).
- يقوم بإبلاغ مدير المستشفى للاتصال بـشبكة الإنذار المبكر والاستجابة (EWARN) عندما يكون هناك اشارة وبائية، والتأكد من جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة بشأن القضية، معلومات الاتصال، يتم تسجيل المعلومات والعنوان بدقة للحالة المشتبه بها.
- متابعة مرضى الأطفال وحديثي الولادة ومساعدة الأطباء الآخرين في الإدارات الأخرى عند الحاجة.
- مسؤول عن فحص جميع المرضى من سن 0 إلى 14 سنة حسب البروتوكول المعتمد.
- مسؤول عن برنامج التحصين الشامل (إن وجد).
- مسؤول عن برنامج رعاية الطفل والتغذية.
- مسؤول عن سلامة الأجهزة والأدوات الطبية في العيادة.
- القيام بأي عمل آخر يكلف بها من قبل مدير المشروع أو المشرف الطبي وحضور التدريبات.

Job Title: Pediatrician

Job Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in the required local language; good English language skills are preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive and professional behavior, capable of organizing, maintaining calm, setting priorities, and working under pressure.
- Ability to work as a team member is essential.
Job Description:
- Diagnosing and treating pediatric patients, including infants in incubators, and managing their treatment plans.
- Supervising the recording of pediatric patient data and documenting any changes in their treatment plan.
- Adhering to treatment protocols and guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization.
- Treating emergency cases (burns, bruises, poisoning).
- Notifying the hospital director to contact the Early Warning and Response Network (EWARN) when there is a disease outbreak, and ensuring that all relevant information about the case, contact information, and location is accurately recorded for the suspected case.
- Following up on pediatric and newborn patients and assisting other doctors in other departments as needed.
- Responsible for examining all patients from 0 to 14 years of age according to the approved protocol.
- Responsible for the comprehensive immunization program (if available).
- Responsible for the child care and nutrition program.
- Responsible for the safety of devices and medical equipment in the clinic.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the project manager or medical supervisor and attending trainings.
