مواصفات الشخص

شهادة في الهندسة (الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء أو الهندسة المعمارية)
خبرة سابقة في البناء و / أو إعادة تأهيل المأوى أو غيرها من الخبرة في مجال البناء ذات الصلة بالقطاع الخاص.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية
اللغة الإنجليزية مفضلة
الالتزام بالمبادئ والقيم الإنسانية

المتطلبات المرغوبة

الوصف الوظيفي:

القيام بالمراقبة والإشراف المباشرين على المدارس / المحطات / الشبكات التي سيتم إعادة تأهيلها
القيام بالأعمال الأرشيفية من حيث تعبئة نموذج التقرير اليومي والتقاط الصور وحصر الكميات اليومية والأسبوعية
ضمان إرسال رسائل دقيقة للمشاركين في البرنامج فيما يتعلق بالمنظمة وأنشطتها البرامجية وآلية المساءلة الخاصة بها.
تعزيز استخدام ودعم وظيفة آليات المساءلة، بما في ذلك آلية الاستجابة المجتمعية (CRM).
المشاركة بنشاط في إعداد خطط البرامج الأسبوعية وتحديثات العملية.
إجراء تقييمات تقنية أولية للمأوى للمباني غير المكتملة والمنازل المتضررة جزئيا.

الالتزام بمعايير السلوك الموضحة في مدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة بالمنظمة والسياسات المرتبطة بها

Job Title: Skilled Casual Worker-shelter programme

Job Requirements:

Person Specification

Degree in Engineering (civil engineering or construction engineering or architect engineering )
Previous experience in construction and/or shelter rehabilitation or other relevant private sector construction experience.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic
English as an asset
Commitment to humanitarian principles and values

Desirable Requirements

Job Description:

Carrying out direct monitoring and supervision of the rehabilitated schools/stations/networks
Carrying out archival work in terms of filling out the daily report form, taking pictures, and counting the daily and weekly quantities
To ensure accurate messaging to programme participants in relation to the organization, its programme activities, and its accountability mechanism.
To promote the use and support the function of accountability mechanisms, including the community response mechanism (CRM).
Actively participate in the preparation of weekly programme plans and process updates.
Undertake initial technical shelter assessments of unfinished buildings and partially damaged homes.

General

To adhere to the standards of conduct outlined in the organization Code of Conduct and its Associated Policies
To undertake other programme activities when requested by the Structural Engineer Assistant and Officer.
