منظمة Concern هي منظمة إنسانية دولية مخصصة لمعالجة الفقر والمعاناة في أفقر بلدان العالم.  نحن نعمل على دعم أفقر الناس في البلد وتمكينهم بشكل مباشر من تحسين حياتهم، وكذلك استخدام معرفتنا وخبرتنا للتأثير على القرارات المتخذة على المستوى المحلي والوطني والدولي التي يمكن أن تقلل بشكل كبير من الفقر المدقع.

Concern Worldwide Syria has a budget and program that requires the supply and provision of Food Baskets in emergency situations or in areas where cash and voucher assistance is not feasible in North East Syria. As part contingency measure we would like to establish frameworks agreements (FWA) with suppliers in order to reduce the need, lead-time and full procurement when the need arises.

لدى منظمة Concern ميزانية وبرنامج يتطلب توريد وتوفير سلات غذائية في حالات الطوارئ أو في المناطق التي لا تكون فيها المساعدات النقدية والقسائم مجدية في شمال شرق سوريا كجزء من إجراءات الطوارئ، نود إنشاء اتفاقيات إطارية (FWA) مع الموردين من أجل تقليل الحاجة والمهلة الزمنية والمشتريات الكاملة عند الحاجة..

Based on the contextual analysis, funding and program plan, the estimated number of food baskets required for 12 months is; 3,944 Kit’s to be delivered to Concern Warehouse in Raqqa Syria.

بناءً على التحليل السياقية، التمويل وخطة البرنامج، فإن العدد التقديري للسلات الغذائية المطلوبة لمدة 12 شهرًا هو 3944 سلة ليتم تسليمها الى منظمة Concern في مستودع الرقة / ب سوريا.

In order to establish the framework agreements, Concern will issue an international advertisement for a 12 months framework agreement starting from the date of signing the Agreement. The bids will follow the formal international Call for Tender procedure; and therefore selecting more than one supplier will be taken into consideration

من أجل وضع الاتفاقيات الإطارية، ستصدر منظمة Concern إعلانًا دوليًا لاتفاقية إطارية مدتها 12 شهرًا تبدأ من تاريخ توقيع الاتفاقية. ستتبع العطاءات الإجراء الدولي الرسمي لتقديم العطاءات؛ وبالتالي سيؤخذ عين الاعتبار اختيار أكثر من مورد واحد

All bids must be submitted before 20/06/2023 at 16:00 pm Iraq time (GMT +3) by E-mail only to iraq.tender@concern.net

يجب تقديم جميع العطاءات قبل 20/06/2023 الساعة 16:00 مساءً بتوقيت العراق (GMT +3) عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني فقط إلى iraq.tender@concern.net

Late Bids will be automatically rejected

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

تحتفظ منظمة Concern بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض / اقتراح قبل منح العقد وإلغاء عملية تقديم العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.

Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
