المجالات الرئيسية للمهام:

تصميم تقييم ما قبل / بعد التدريب لتقييم المشاركين قبل بدء التدريب: سيقوم المدرب بتصميم استبيان تقييم ما قبل التدريب وإدارته.
إعداد الدورة التدريبية بناءً على نتائج التقييم بالتنسيق الوثيق مع نقطة الاتصال بالمركز.
عروض الندوة ودراسات الحالة وجلسات العرض وتمارين بناء الفريق والأنشطة الجماعية.
تقديم وقبول تقرير التدريب النهائي بالإضافة إلى كشوف الحضور المنتظمة.
إقامة علاقات عمل تعاونية وفعالة مع الآخرين والحفاظ عليها.
تقسيم الفتيات والنساء حسب أعمارهن ومستويات معرفتهن.
التنسيق الوثيق مع نقطة الاتصال المركزية التي ستكون مسؤولة عن ضمان حضور المدرب في الوقت المحدد وتقديم الدعم الإداري والتقييم.
تعليم المستفيدات أسس الخياطة (القص والتفصيل والتقطيع).
المتابعة المستمرة لتنمية مهارات المستفيدين في مجال الخياطة.
تعريف المستفيدين بأدوات الخياطة وكيفية استخدامها والتعامل معها.
تعليم المتدربين على أخذ القياسات الدقيقة واستخدام الأساليب المبتكرة والمهنية.
تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى مركز الاتصال بما في ذلك أوراق الحضور والتوصية وردود الفعل.
إعداد خطط العمل وتنظيمها بما يتناسب مع احتياجات التدريب والمتدربين.
خطة عمل بعد التدريب لمساعدة المشاركين على ممارسة المهارات والمعرفة.

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:

التعليم:

تعتبر شهادة الدبلوم في مجال ذي صلة مقدما.

الخبرة:

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال الخياطة والإلمام بجميع الأدوات الضرورية والأساسية المتعلقة بالخياطة والحرف اليدوية.
خبرة سابقة في تصميم دورات تدريبية / دورات.

المهارات / الكفاءات:

مطلوب مدرب أنثى فقط لهذه المهمة / المنصب.
القدرة على كتابة وقراءة اللغة العربية بشكل جيد.
شهادة خبرة في مهنة الخياطة إن وجدت.
مهارات تدريبية جيدة جدا ومهارات الاتصال الفعال.
القدرة على توصيل المعلومات بطريقة بسيطة وسهلة.
القدرة على حل المشاكل اليومية ، وتفسير مجموعة متنوعة من التعليمات وإظهار مهارات بناء الفريق الجيد.

Vocational Trainer /Tailor-Al Hol Camp-(GFFO-018-2023)

Blumont is looking to hire Vocational Trainer/Tailor (4 Positions)

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Designing pre\post-training assessment to assess participants prior starting the training: The trainer will design a pre-training assessment questionnaire and administer it.
Preparation of the training course based on the results of the assessment with close coordination with the center focal point.
seminar presentations, case studies, demonstration sessions, team building exercises and group activities.
Submission and acceptance of Final Training report in addition to the regular attendance sheets.
Establishing and maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Division of girls and women according to their age and knowledge levels.
Close Coordination with the center focal point who will be responsible to ensure the trainer attendance on time and provide administrative support and evaluation.
Teaching female beneficiaries the basic principles of tailoring (cut, detail, and plot).
Continuously following up on developing the skills of the beneficiaries in the field of tailoring.
Introduce the beneficiaries with the tailoring tools and how to use and deal with them.
Teaching the trainees to take accurate measurements and to use innovative and professional methods.
Submit weekly reports to the center focal point including attendance sheets, recommendation and feedback.
Preparing work plans and organizing them to suit the needs of training and trainees.
An after-training Action Plan to help participants practice skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Education:

Diploma certificate in a related field is considered an advance.

Experience:

practical experience of a minimum of one year of related experience in the field of sewing and familiarity with all necessary and basic tools related to tailoring and handicraft.
Previous experience in giving tailoring trainings/courses.

Skills/Competencies:

Female trainer only is required for this task/position.
The ability to write and read Arabic well.
Certificate of experience in the profession of sewing, if any.
Very good training skills and effective communication skills.
The ability to communicate information in a simple and easy way.
Ability to solve daily problems, interpreting a variety of instructions and demonstrating good teambuilding skills.
