المجالات الرئيسية للمساءلة:

تصميم تقييم ما قبل / بعد التدريب لتقييم المشاركين قبل بدء التدريب: سيقوم المدرب بتصميم استبيان تقييم ما قبل التدريب وإدارته.
إعداد الدورة التدريبية بناءً على نتائج التقييم بالتنسيق الوثيق مع نقطة الاتصال بالمركز.
إقامة علاقات عمل تعاونية وفعالة مع الآخرين والحفاظ عليها.
عروض الندوة ودراسات الحالة وجلسات العرض وتمارين بناء الفريق والأنشطة الجماعية.
تقديم وقبول تقرير التدريب النهائي بالإضافة إلى كشوف الحضور المنتظمة.
التنسيق الوثيق مع نقطة الاتصال المركزية التي ستكون مسؤولة عن ضمان حضور المدرب في الوقت المحدد وتقديم الدعم الإداري والتقييم.
المتابعة المستمرة لتنمية مهارات المستفيدين في مجال السباكة.
تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى مركز الاتصال بما في ذلك أوراق الحضور والتوصية وردود الفعل.
الاهتمام بنظافة الأدوات المستخدمة وتعقيمها المستمر.
تطبيق القواعد الأساسية والشاملة المتعلقة بالسباكة.
متابعة عمل المستفيدين بعد انتهاء الدورة وخطة عمل ما بعد التدريب لمساعدة المشاركين على ممارسة المهارات والمعرفة.

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:

التعليم:

تعتبر شهادة الدبلوم في مجال ذي صلة مقدما.

الخبرة:

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال السباكة والإلمام بجميع الأدوات الضرورية والأساسية المتعلقة بالسباكة.
خبرة سابقة في إعطاء دورات تدريبية في السباكة.

المهارات / الكفاءات:

معالجة احترافية ودقيقة لأدوات السباكة.
القدرة على كتابة وقراءة اللغة العربية بشكل جيد.
شهادة خبرة في مهنة السباكة إن وجدت.
مهارات تدريبية جيدة جدا ومهارات الاتصال الفعال.
القدرة على توصيل المعلومات بطريقة بسيطة وسهلة.
القدرة على حل المشاكل اليومية ، وتفسير مجموعة متنوعة من التعليمات وإظهار مهارات بناء الفريق الجيد.

Vocational Trainer /Plumber -Al Hol Camp-(GFFO-017-2023)

Blumont is looking to hire Vocational Trainer/Plumber (1 Position)

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Designing pre\post-training assessment to assess participants prior starting the training: The trainer will design a pre-training assessment questionnaire and administer it.
Preparation of the training course based on the results of the assessment with close coordination with the center focal point.
Establishing and maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
seminar presentations, case studies, demonstration sessions, team building exercises and group activities.
Submission and acceptance of Final training report in addition to the regular attendance sheets.
Close Coordination with the center focal point who will be responsible to ensure the trainer attendance on time and provide administrative support and evaluation.
Continuously following up on developing the skills of the beneficiaries in the field of plumbing.
Submit weekly reports to the center focal point including attendance sheets, recommendation and feedback.
Paying attention to the cleanliness of the used tools and their continuous sterilization.
Application of basic and comprehensive rules related to plumbing.
Following up the work of the beneficiaries after the end of the course and an after-training Action Plan to help participants practice skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Education:

Diploma certificate in a related field is considered an advance.

Experience:

Practical experience of a minimum of one year of related experience in the field of Plumbing and familiarity with all necessary and basic tools related to Plumbing.
Previous experience in giving Plumbing training/courses.

Skills/Competencies:

Professional and accurate handling of plumbing tools.
The ability to write and read Arabic well.
Certificate of experience in the profession of plumbing s, if any.
Very good training skills and effective communication skills.
The ability to communicate information in a simple and easy way.
Ability to solve daily problems, interpreting a variety of instructions and demonstrating good teambuilding skills.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to plumber training.
Motivated, knowledgeable with positive communication skills.
Pro-active and helpful attitude, ready to take on variety of new tasks; with the ability to multi-task; Ability to manage competing priorities.
