- الاستعداد للانتقال إلى الرقة والعيش في CvT GH.
- الاستعداد للعمل حتى خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع وخارج ساعات العمل.

- سيخضع السائق لفحص أمني، وسيُطلب منه تقديم بيان بالسجل الجنائي، وإذا لم ينجح السائق في الفحص، يحتفظ CVT بالحق في إلغاء العملية مع السائق (السائقين) المحدد.
الوصف الوظيفي:
1 – نطاق المسؤوليات:
- نقل البضائع والوثائق والأفراد CVT ، وضمان سلامتهم أثناء النقل وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لحركة CVT.
ثانيًا. تأكد من أن السيارة المخصصة في حالة جيدة ، وفقًا للقواعد المحددة.
ثالثا. تأكد من إجراء جميع الترتيبات الإدارية للمركبة المخصصة.
رابعا. من الناحية الأمنية ، يجب الحفاظ على ما يلي:
- الإلمام بأساسيات القيادة الدفاعية.
- متاح في غضون مهلة قصيرة خارج ساعات العمل للطوارئ.
- الإلمام بخطة الإخلاء ، بما في ذلك الطرق البديلة.
- الاستعداد للسفر لمسافات طويلة من كوباني ومنبج والرقة (بما في ذلك حدود سيمالكا) في حالة الطوارئ.
- القدرة على معالجة التوجيه بسرعة من فرق الأمن.
- خبرة واسعة في التعامل مع نقاط التفتيش باللغتين الكردية والعربية.

ثانيًا. الحفاظ على السيارة
- تأكد من أن السيارة المخصصة تحتوي على: السجل ، وإبراء الذمة من الالتزامات ، ومجموعة الإسعافات الأولية الكاملة ، والأدوات المحددة (الرافعة ، والأشرطة ، والحبال ، وما إلى ذلك) وغيرها من المعدات المحددة في حركات SOP. في حالة فقدان أو خلل أي من المعدات المحددة ، قم بإبلاغ المدير المباشر على الفور.

- تأكد من أن الحمولة مؤمنة وموزعة بشكل صحيح ، وقم بتحميل / تفريغ سيارته بنفسه.
- تحقق من حالة السيارة بعد استخدامها من قبل سائق آخر.
- قبل السفر إلى منطقة أخرى ، يطلب السائق أن يكون لدى الركاب جميع المستندات الإلزامية المطلوبة
ثالثا. الإدارة والاتصال
- التأكد من أن مدة جميع الرحلات واستهلاك الوقود مسجلة بشكل دقيق وصحيح في كل دفتر سجل مع الكيلومتر وتقديمها في نهاية كل شهر.
- يجب أن يكون في حوزتك رخصة قيادة سارية والتأكد من أن وثائق التسجيل والأوراق الأخرى في

Job Title: Evacuation Driver

Job Requirements:
- Secondary School or its equivalent
- Valid Driving license
- The driver should have minimum 10 -years’ experience in driving.
- Excellent knowledge of NES areas
- Technical skills to assist in vehicle maintenance, if required
- Politeness, maturity and honesty
- At least 3 years’ experience as a driver for NGOs(highly desired).
- Family based outside Raqqa, ideally, Hassakeh, Qamishli or Derek.
- Willingness to relocate to Raqqa and live in CvT GH.
- Willingness to work even during weekends and out of working hours.
- Spoken English
- First aid course as advantage
- The driver will go through a security check, and will be asked to provide a criminal record statement, and if the driver will not success in the check, CVT reserves the right to cancel the process with the selected driver(s).
- Ability to quickly process guidance from security teams.
- Extensive experience in dealing with checkpoints, both in Kurdish and Arabic.
- Ideally, basic English skills.
Job Description:
- Scope of responsibilities:
- Transport CVT goods, documentation and people, and ensure their safety during the transportation in accordance with CVT movement SOP.
- Ensure that the assigned vehicle is kept in good condition, in accordance with rules defined.
III. Ensure that all administrative arrangements are made for the assigned vehicle.
- From the security side, the following must be preserved:
- Acquaintance with basics of defensive driving.
- Available on short notice outside of working hours for emergency.
- Familiarity with evacuation plan, including alternative routes.
- Willingness to travel long distances from Kobane, Manbij, Raqqa (including to Semalka border) in case of emergency.
- Ability to quickly process guidance from security teams.
- Extensive experience in dealing with checkpoints, both in Kurdish and Arabic.
- Ideally, basic English skills.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving and passenger safety
- Allow only authorised personnel to drive CVT vehicles and report any transgression of this rule to the line manager
- Ensure that only authorised persons are transported, i.e.: CVT personnel, persons working (temporarily) for or in collaboration with CVT, and persons requiring urgent emergency assistance, with the prior authorisation of a line supervisor.
- Ensure that all non-CVT passengers that have been authorised by a line supervisor complete and sign the Discharge of Liabilities form prior the movement .
- Ensure that any travel in CVT vehicles and any transportation of non-CVT persons and/or goods has been approved by the line manager.
- Before setting off, inform all passengers that their seatbelts must be fastened, whether in the front or the rear of the vehicle.
- Ensures the number of people who can be officially carried in the vehicle is respected.
- Must drive carefully, comply with the transport rules and the applicable speed limits; must adjust the speed of the vehicle when approaching populated areas, taking into account the condition of the road, the load on the vehicle, the technical condition of the vehicle and the weather conditions, ensuring the safety of both passengers and other drivers.
- Ensure that all security rules established for the Country Programme are followed when passing through roadblocks, customs, checkpoints, etc.
- Must not, under any circumstances, smoke in or near CVT vehicles and must ensure that all passengers observe this rule.

- Up keeping of the vehicle
- Ensure that the assigned vehicle contains: the Logbook, Discharge of Liabilities, complete 1st Aid kit, defined tools (jack, straps, ropes, etc.) and other equipment specified in SOP Movements. In the event that any of the defined equipment is missing or faulty, immediately inform the line manager.
- Protect the vehicle as much as possible against risks/accidents/theft, ensuring in particular that the vehicle is parked safely (at night, during holidays, etc.).
- Ensure that the vehicle is always clean (inside and out) and in running condition, in accordance with the instructions applicable.
- Each morning, perform Daily check of the vehicle as defined in the Logbook.
- Perform or take part in all inspections (daily, weekly, periodic – ABC, etc.) as specified in the Logbook.
- Check the schedule for periodic servicing, and ensure that the vehicle arrives on time.
- Add fuel when the level is below half a tank and before each weekend or public holiday.
- Check that the load is properly secured and distributed, and load/unload his/her vehicle him/herself.
- Check the condition of the vehicle after it has been used by another driver.
- Before traveling to other area driver asks that passengers have all mandatory documents needed
III. Administration and Communication
- Ensure that the duration of all trips and fuel consumption is accurately and correctly recorded in each log book with the Km and submitted at the end of each month.
- Must be in possession of a valid driving licence and check that the registration documents and other papers in the vehicle are up to date; if they are not, inform the line manager in time to renew the documents before they expire.
- Report all movements as defined by standard SOP Movements .
- The driver must not, under any circumstances use the mobile phone while driving.
- When making deliveries, deliver the shipping documents to the recipient, check the condition of the goods delivered with the recipient and return the duly completed and signed documents to the logistician.
- Must remain close to the vehicle and contactable (mobile telephone) at all times; if he/she needs to leave the vehicle, ensure that another member of staff looks after it during his/her absence.
- Immediately informing the Logistics Manager in the event of a medical problem
- Reporting
- In the event of mechanical problems, immediately inform the line manager.
- In the event of an accident, inform the line manager and/or Line manager, as well as the local authorities.
