متطلبات العمل:

خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المنظمات مع ميزة أولئك الذين عملوا في قائد الفريق في وظيفة سابقة

مهارات:

سيتم اعتبار الخبرة في الحماية المجتمعية أحد الأصول.
خبرة سابقة في تنسيق الأنشطة ووضع الخطط وصياغة التقارير.
مهارات الاتصال والعرض التقديمي الشخصية القوية والقدرة على الحفاظ عليها

العلاقات مع قادة المجتمع والأعضاء والأطفال والشباب.

متحدث جيد باللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات محو الأمية الحاسوبية (بدلة مايكروسوفت أوفيس)
امتلاك مهارات الاتصال والتواصل الاجتماعي الفعال.
قادرة على تحمل المسؤولية عن المهام المطلوبة
الالتزام بالتعلم المستمر والتطوير الذاتي
حسن التنظيم والخبرة في إعداد التقارير

الوصف الوظيفي:

الإشراف على فريق التوعية والتأكد من قيامهم بعملهم بشكل صحيح.
تنفيذ كافة الأنشطة التوعوية الصحية الموكلة إليه وفق الخطة الزمنية وحسب الجودة المطلوبة
الالتزام بالجولات المحددة خلال الأوقات المحددة.
توزيع الفرق والتنسيق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة مقدمًا وأخذ الموافقات اللازمة.
الترويج لثقافة الوعي الصحي بكافة مفاهيمه الصحية والوقائية والصحة العامة وتعقيم مياه الشرب والتوعية بالأمراض التي تنقلها المياه وغيرها ونشر طرق التوعية الصحية المتعلقة بالنظافة الشخصية وذلك بالمساهمة في تنفيذ حملات توعية صحية وفق الخطط المعتمدة وتوجيهات الاختصاصي التربوي.
عقد جلسات توعية صحية حسب الخطة المعتمدة لعمل الفريق ووفق جدول الجلسات حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.
المساهمة في إدخال جميع البيانات الخاصة اللازمة للاستبيانات للجلسات والتأكد من جودة البيانات المدخلة عن طريق التحقق من المعلومات واتباع الخطط الزمنية المحددة لتسليم البيانات بالتنسيق مع المدير المباشر ومسؤول المراقبة والتقييم.
تقديم التقارير بشكل يومي حسب الجدول الزمني المعتمد للجلسات وتوثيق الجلسات المنفذة بالفيديو والصور حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.
القيام بأي عمل آخر يكلفه به مسؤول التعليم أو المنسق الميداني.

Job Requirements:

General Work Experience:

At least two years work experience in the field of organizations with the advantage of those who worked in team leader in a previous job

Skills:

Experience in community-based protection will be considered an asset.
Previous experience in coordinating activities, developing plans and drafting reports.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and capacity to maintain

relations with community leaders, members, children and youth.

Good English speaker.
Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suit)
Possess good communication and effective social networking skills.
Able to take responsibility for the required tasks
Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
Good organization and experience in preparing reports

Job Description:

Supervising the awareness team and making sure that they do their work properly.
Implementation of all health awareness activities entrusted to him according to the time plan and according to the required quality
Commitment to the specified tours within the specified times.
Distribute the teams and coordinate with all stakeholders in advance and take the necessary approvals.
Promoting a culture of health awareness in all its concepts of health, prevention, public health, sterilization of drinking water, awareness of water-borne diseases and others, and dissemination of health awareness methods related to personal hygiene, by contributing to the implementation of health awareness campaigns according to approved plans and according to the directives of Sr, education officer.
Carrying out health awareness sessions according to the approved plan for the work of the team and in accordance with the schedule of sessions as directed by the line manager.
Contribute to entering all the special data necessary for the questionnaires for the sessions and ensuring the quality of the data entered by checking the information and following the time plans set for data delivery in coordination with the direct manager and Sr, MEAL officer.
Submitting reports on a daily basis according to the approved schedule for the sessions and documenting the implemented sessions with videos and photos as directed by the direct manager.
Do any other work assigned to him by the Sr, Education Officer, or Field Coordinator.
