الملخص العام:
هذه الوظيفة مخصصة لعاملة نظافة للعمل بداوم كامل في مركز التدريب المهني في الطبقة سيكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على نظافة مباني المركز، بما في ذلك نفض الغبار، وأداء أنشطة التعقيم اليومية للمركز، وتجديد الصابون، وترتيب المطبخ واعداد المرطبات
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
– الحفاظ على نظافة مركز التعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني ، والذي يشمل تنظيف مركز التعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني ، والفصول الدراسية ، والحمامات ، والأماكن العامة ، ومسح الأرضيات ، والمناطق المظللة ، والتأكد من عدم احتوائها على أي أدوات ضارة.
– الحفاظ على المراحيض في حالة صحية وتجديد المواد الصحية حسب الضرورة.
– تقديم المشورة لموظفي LLH حول احتياجات مواد التنظيف.
– إعادة تعبئة موزعات المياه باستمرار بالمياه الصالحة للشرب وتنظيفها والتأكد من تنظيف أكواب الشرب بانتظام.
– تقديم الدعم للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في المركز عند الحاجة
– إخطار المشرف بأي إصلاحات يراها ضرورية.
– إعادة تعبئة حاويات الوقود في المكاتب والفصول الدراسية والتأكد من نظافة سخانات الديزل وتعمل بشكل جيد.
– أداء أي واجبات أخرى قد يتم تعيينها من قبل المشرفين.
– تقديم الضيافة لزوار المكتب.
المتطلبات
– شهادة متوسطة.
– خبرة عملية في التدبير المنزلي.
– مهارات اتصال عالية /
– استباقية وقادرة على التعامل مع بيئة صعبة ، وغالبًا تحت الضغط.
– مهارات التنظيم والتنسيق الجيد والتواصل الفعال.
– لديهم دوافع ذاتية والقدرة على تحديد وإتمام المهمة المطلوبة دون إشراف مباشر
– خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية أو المحلية (يفضل)

Job Description
Position: TVET Center Cleaner (1)
Base: Tabqa
Line Manager: Livelihood Officer
Starting date: 15 May 2023
Duration: 5 months
General Position Summary:
This position is for Cleaner to work full-time in the CVT’s TVET Centre in Tabqa. he/ she will be responsible for maintaining the cleanness of the center premises this includes dusting, performing daily sanitizing activities of the center, replenishing soap, arranging the kitchen, and preparing refreshments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain the TVET centre cleanness, which includes cleaning the TVET centre, classrooms, bathrooms, common areas, mopping floors, and shaded areas, and making sure that they do not contain any harmful tools.
- Keeping toilets in hygienic condition and replenishing sanitary items as deemed necessary.
- Advise LLH staff about cleaning material needs.
- Continuously Refilling water dispensers with potable water, cleaning them, and ensuring that the drinking cups are cleaned regularly.
- Provide support to people with disabilities in the centre when it is required
- Notify the supervisor about any repairs that deems necessary.
- Re-filling fuel containers in offices & classrooms and making sure the diesel heaters are clean and working well.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
- Provide hospitality for office visitors.
Requirements
- intermediate
- working experience in housekeeping.
- High communication skills/
- Proactive and able to cope with a challenging environment, often under pressure.
- Good organization and coordination skills, communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated and the ability to identify and complete the needed task without direct supervision
- Experience in working for international or local non-governmental organizations (preferred)
