متطلبات العمل:
Education:
- University or institute degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Community Development, social sciences, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience with NGO in the field of WASH or distribution.
Skills/Competencies:
- Good experience in data collections, assessments, and surveys.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to the sources of water when needed
- Ability to travel to all the program areas in Al Hasakah, and any other areas in the north and northeast of Syria.
- Have high standards of ethics and integrity.

الوصف الوظيفي:
- Supervising and monitoring the process of Drinking water distribution inside the camp.
- Leading the team of daily water monitors to ensure quantity and quality of distributed water in all blocks.
- Prepare the plan includes locations, number of trucks, Qty to be delivered on daily basis to the beneficiaries.
- Monitoring the process of water provision from the source to the beneficiaries.
- Ensuring that delivered Qty are matches to the plan.
- Conducting WQTs on daily bases (Water truck, water tank, HH) levels.
- Collect photos, documents and information about the distribution of water.
- Monitor the number of trucks from the source to the gate to the beneficiaries.
- Ensuring that all water trucks are the same approved water trucks based on wash standards.
- Ensuring that all drivers are applied to the SOP of drivers inside the camp.
- Report on the work, the advancement of the activities and the possible difficulties.
- Participation in conducting technical check of the service providing trucks, and report any defect may affect the service providing quality.
- Direct Reporting of any protection issues during providing the service.
- Coordination with the community leaders/beneficiaries and Participation in information passing related water provision.
- Ensuring that wash standards are archived in all blocks that are targeted.
- Participation in any other task may be required for providing the service.
- Provide daily reports about the water provision to the wash engineer and/or engineer coordinator.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
