المعايير الأساسية:
- أن يكون حاصلاً على دبلوم على الأقل
- أثبتت الخبرة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية و / أو في القيادة.
- أثبتت الخبرة في إدارة الفرق
- مهارات إتخاذ القرار
- المهارات التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
- معرفة متعمقة بمقاييس الأداء
- العمر بين 25-45 سنة
- المتحدث باللغة العربية اللغة الإنجليزية غير مطلوب
o المعايير المرغوبة:
- أن يكون من المنطقة المستهدفة أو على الأقل يسكن في المنطقة لمدة 5 سنوات
- شهادة في الإدارة أو التدريب في قيادة الفريق
الوصف الوظيفي:
تدريب- أ):
- حضور دورات تدريبية حول الوقاية وإدارة ناقلات الأمراض.
- مساعدة منسق الوقاية المساعد وموظف الوقاية لتدريب فريق كبير من الموظفين بمعدل يومي حول أنشطة مكافحة ناقلات الأمراض المختلفة.
o (يوميًا لضمان -B):
- أن يتم إجراء فحص ما قبل العمل على جميع الموظفين والمعدات من أجل النظافة والأداء الوظيفي ؛
- ضبط الوقت بشكل صحيح من قبل جميع الموظفين.
- الانضباط وحسن النظام.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة.
- يتم إعداد التقارير من قبل المشرفين في الوقت المحدد وتقديمها إلى نائب منسق الوقاية ومنسق الوقاية الأقدم.
o (يجب أن يكون مسؤول الوقاية الميداني الأول – C):
- قم بالتناوب على زيارة كل فريق في مهمته مرة واحدة على الأقل في الأسبوع لمراعاة معايير الجودة والسلامة ؛
- المساعدة في برامج التوعية العامة وتسهيلها.
- التنسيق عند الضرورة مع السلطات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالمسائل ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
- دعم نائب منسق الوقاية.
- المساعدة في التخطيط لحملة الوقاية.
- قم بزيارة مخزن المبيدات بشكل دوري للتأكد من الحفاظ على متطلبات السلامة.
- إبلاغ مديره المباشر بأي مسألة تهمه قد تؤثر على سير البرنامج

Job Title: Field Senior Prevention Officer Required Number : 1

Job Requirements:
o Essential Criteria:
- To possess at least diploma
- Proven experience with local and/or INGOs in leadership.
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Decision-making skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Age between 25-45 year
- Arabic speaker English is not required
o Desirable Criteria:
- To be from the targeted area or at least lived in the area for 5 years
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Job Description:
o Training -A):
- Attend Prevention and Vector Management training sessions;
- Assist the Assistant prevention coordinator and the Prevention Officer to train a large team of daily-rate staff about the different vector control activities.
o (Daily to Ensure -B):
- That a pre-work inspection is conducted on all staff and equipment for cleanliness and functionality;
- Correct time-keeping by all staff members;
- Discipline and good order;
- Accurate records are maintained;
- Reports are prepared by supervisors on time and submitted to the Deputy Prevention Coordinator and the Senior Prevention Coordinator.
o (The Field Senior Prevention Officer Must -C):
- Rotate to visit each team in his/her charge at least once per week to observe standards of quality and safety;
- Assist with and facilitate public awareness programs;
- Where necessary liaise with local authorities pertaining to matters of common interest;
- Support the Deputy Prevention Coordinator;
- Assist in planning prevention campaign;
- Periodically visit the insecticide store to ensure safety requirements are maintained;
- Report to his/her line-manager any matter of concern which may affect the conduct of the program.
