| A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria and invites contractors to submit offers for Supply of Registered Smart Phones for Raqqa and Amuda Offices. | منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المقاولين لتقديم عروض لتنفيذ توريد هواتف ذكية مسجلة على الشبكة لمكاتب الرقة وعامودا.

| Tender documentation can be requested by E-mail at syria.operations@acted.org
Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 Syria Time, 06/03/2023 by email at syria.operations@acted.org with reference T/16FDT/K3XAMW/AMM/IT/20-02-2023/1
A pretender information session will be organized at 14:00 pm, 27/02/2023 in organization representative office (address will be shared upon offer request), as well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 28/02/2023.
The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 13:00 بتوقيت سوريا، 06/03/2023 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني ل syria.operations@acted.org مع ذكر مرجع المناقصة T/16FDT/K3XAMW/AMM/IT/20-02-2023/1
سيتم تنظيم جلسة معلومات قبل تقديم المناقصة الساعة 14:00 ظهرا ، 27/02/2023 في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند طلب العرض)، وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع الفريق مع العرض. ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في جلسة المعلومات أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في 28/02/2023 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
