An international NGO invites for submission eligible bidders for tender Provision of Winterization Kits for NES, only legitimate companies, wholesalers, and retailers are invited to participate. No dealers or intermediaries shall apply.

تدعو منظمة غير حكومية دولية مقدمي العطاءات المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءات لتزويد مجموعات الشتاء لشمال شرق سوريا، فقط الشركات الشرعية وتجار الجملة وتجار التجزئة مدعوون للمشاركة. لن تطبق أي تجار أو وسطاء

Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from CVT Offices in NES, between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. during working days before 09/02/2023 or upon request via email at procurement.nes@pinf.cz .Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة التي تحتوي على تعليمات مفصلة لمقدمي العطاءات والنماذج التي يجب تعبئتها من قبل مقدمي العطاءات من مكاتب CVT بين الساعة 08:00 صباحًا والساعة 4:00 مساءً. التوقيت السوري خلال أيام العمل قبل 09/02/2023 أو عند الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني procurement.nes@pinf.cz    يجب اتباع نماذج المناقصة والتعليمات الواردة في وثائق المناقصة بصرامة وإلا قد يتم استبعاد عرض المناقصة.

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Sealed tender offers (including separated technical and financial envelopes) with requested samples have to be submitted to CVT Office in Raqqa before the closing date and time:  12-02-2023,           at 12:00 P.m.

يجب تقديم عروض الأسعار المختومة والمغلقة إلى منظمة CVT في الرقة قبل تاريخ الإغلاق والوقت: 12/02/2023 الساعة 00 12:. ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي

• Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

يتم إهمال عروض السعر التي تستلم بعد انتهاء فترة التقديم

• Bids received via emails will not be considered.

لن يتم النظر في العطاءات المستلمة عبر البريد الإلكتروني

Envelope opening session will be held on: 12/02/2023, 12:01 p.m. venue: CVT office in Raqqa Conference Hall and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.

جلسة فتح الملفات ستكون بتاريخ 12\02\2023 في الساعة الثانية عشرة و دقيقة واحدة ظهرا توقيت سورية في قاعة الاجتماع في مكتب المنظمة في الرقة. جميع المتقدمين مع ممثليهم مدعوون لحضور جلسة الافتتاح.
