Job Title: Maintenance/Logistic Assistant-Part time

Job Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in the maintenance industry
• Knowledge of machinery, electricity, tools and how to use them safely
• General maintenance skills
• Valid Driver’s license
• Able to work flexible shifts and flexible hours
• Pride in standard of work
• Must have a positive attitude and must be able to lift, push, and move heavy equipment and supplies throughout the work day
Job Description:
• Installation of new and regular repair & maintenance of existing generators
• Repair and maintenance of general electric and communication equipment (AC, Air vents, Refrigerator, Telephones…)
• Repair and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Maintenance and repair of electric wiring and el. network (including but limited to replacing, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, appliances, light switches…)
• When required undertake painting and basic wall plastering
• Repairs or replaces leaking and defective roofing using materials such as roll roofing, roof coating, primer sealers, flashing, etc.
• Perform routine welding when required
• Maintenance and repair of furniture
• Maintenance and repair door/windows locks/knobs
• Provide technical input for every construction work that may be undertaken in the field and supervision as required
• Assist in estimation and projection of the costs of all above mentioned activities
• Regular cleaning of tools, equipment and work area
• Assist with repair and maintenance of GH, Office premises upon request
• Any other task deemed necessary to smooth operations.
• Monitoring of fuel consumption
• Preparing monthly reports for generators
• Raising PRs for fuel needs
