Job Description:

  1. Participates in workshops/training on ‎the quantitative data collection tools and qualitative monitoring tools and ‎ensures accurate and timely submission of quantitative and qualitative data to ‎RDI team.
  2. Community Testimony Facilitators will be responsible for the implementation and reporting of all sessions in the field as defined in the project, maintaining close interactions with Victims and local communities. Ensuring strong relationships and promoting community ownership through all activities related to, S/he oversees a range of protection activities, including information provision and participatory assessments of target beneficiaries.
  3. Carry out baseline study/households survey and collect information as per ‎format
  4. Meet beneficiaries individually and in groups to inform them about the project
  5. Closely coordinate with local government, community organizations/beneficiaries, ‎cooperative, and others development organizations for smooth and ‎successful project implementation
  6. Orient local government, communities on Gender ‎Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and ensure meaningful participation of ‎the victims of war in the project.
  7. Organizing, monitoring and reporting of RDI Session
  8. Monitor the local context and share information on a regular basis
  9. Communicate closely and continuously with all teams working in the organization to identify powerful case studies for use in various reports
  10. Conducting interviews with beneficiaries according to the project.
  11. Collaborate with teams to carry out activities related to the advocacy, media and communication department.
  12. Support the reports of the Advocacy, Media and Communications Department by providing them with information related to the context.
  13. Carrying out any other tasks assigned to the line manager that fit the qualifications of the position holder and the organization’s policies and procedures.
