Job Title: Psychologist Facilitators

Job Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant domain.
- Prior practical experience in providing psychosocial support.
- Experience in social work and outreach activities.
- Excellent nonviolent communication, organization and diplomacy skills.
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and values.
- Commitment to Concern equal opportunity and gender practices.
- Good team member.
- Ability to work under pressure and in response to changing needs.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.
- Take into account the societal norms and traditions in northern and eastern Syria
- Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct, protection policy, and other rules and principles.
Job Description:
– Identifies and assesses the needs of the most vulnerable individuals، particularly women at risk.
– Conducts vulnerability assessment and identifies cases for assistance according to pre-defined criteria.
– Refers protection & health related and sector specific cases to the relevant actors.
– Ensures dissemination of clear and reliable information on service provision and other pre-selected key topics.
- -Conducts specific psychological individual and group sessions and activities
– Considerable experience in case management, psychological sport and referrals.
– Demonstrate ethical and professional practice including respect of participant psychological state, confidentiality and personal information.
- -Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
