– كهربائي مؤهل

– خبرة عملية سابقة لا تقل عن سنتين. مرغوب فيه في منظمة غير حكومية
اللغة المحلية ضرورية. اللغة الانكليزية مرغوب فيه

الوصف الوظيفي:
المسؤوليات:
– التنفيذ بشكل مستقل, كل عمليات التركيب المتقدمة والمعقدة اللازمة, اعمال الصيانة والإصلاح (تتطلب مؤهلات\ تدريب خاص ) وفقا لتعليمات المشرف و تنفيذ أي اختبارات لازمة بعد أي إصلاح أو صيانة. بما في ذلك الالمام في الوظائف التالية:
- كهربائي مؤهل
- ميكانيكي مؤهل \ أو فني مواد طبية مؤهل
– تقديم اقتراحات بشأن أي أعمال إصلاح أو صيانة مطلوبة في التركيبات الكهربائية و / أو المعدات و / أو المركبات التابعة للمنظمة وقسم الدعم اللوجستي لأي عمل مطلوب نسبيا.
– إدارة المخزون من المواد الاستهلاكية ، وملء بطاقات المخزون ، وإجراء عمليات الجرد المادي للمخزون ، وتنفيذ الأوامر اللازمة لتجديد المخزون ، وتجنب أي نقص.
– مسؤول عن المعدات والأدوات ، بما في ذلك طفايات الحريق ، والتحقق من استخدامها بشكل صحيح وآمن ، والحفاظ عليها وتجديدها عند الضرورة والحفاظ على تحديث المخزون.

مسؤوليات مختصة:
– تقديم المشورة بشأن مخزون الأدوات اللازمة للحفاظ على النظام والظروف الجيدة من أجل ملء الأعمال الفنية المذكورة أعلاه
– اتباع خطة صيانة المشروع بشكل مستقل وتقديم تقرير عن أي قضايا تم العثور عليها وإكمالها بنجاح
– تقديم المشورة والتحقق من جودة أي مواد تقنية تم شراؤها لأغراض الإصلاح والصيانة
– إعداد الوثائق اللازمة لتنفيذ مشاريع التثبيت / الإصلاح والصيانة (الخطط ، قائمة المواد ، إلخ.)
– إجراءات الصيانة السنوية وفحوصات السلامة عبر المرافق في المشروع. عمل الفحوصات اللازمة بعد أي إصلاح أو صيانة.
– تحديد الممثليين التقنيين المحليين ، وتنظيم مشاركتهم في المشروع (تدريب الكوادر الفنية ، إقامة علاقات مع الشركات المحلية ، المقاولين والموردين ، عروض الأسعار ، العقود ، إلخ.)
– العمل وفقًا للتخطيط الأسبوعي الذي تم إنشاؤه مع المشرف وإعطاء تقارير الحالة ووضعها على أساس أسبوعي

Essential diploma or recognized formal training in one of these technical areas:
- Qualified Electrician
- Qualified Mechanic
- Biomed Technician
- Demonstrate experience in his/her technical area (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Essential at least two years previous working experience. Desirable with NGOs
- Computer literacy ( basic skills in Excel and word) desirable
- Local languages essential, English is desirable.

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Performing autonomously, specific complex / advanced installation, maintenance works and repairs depending on technician’s specialization (requiring special/qualifications/training), according to supervisor’s instructions and the organization standards and procedures, in order to ensure a proper functioning and maintenance of the organization equipment, installations and infrastructures.
Accountabilities
- Performing autonomously, all necessary complex / advanced installations, maintenance and repairs (i.e. requiring special qualifications/training), according to the supervisor’s instructions and executes any needed tests after any repair or maintenance. Including the following functions:
o Qualified Electrician
o Qualified Mechanic
o Biomed Technician
- Making suggestions regarding any repair or maintenance work needed in the organization electrical installations, equipment and/or vehicles and assisting logistics department for any relative work needed.
- Managing the stock of consumable items, filling in the stock cards, carrying out physical stock inventories, executing orders necessary for renewing stock, avoiding any shortage.
- Responsible for the equipment and tools, including extinguishers, checking they are correctly and safely used, maintaining and renewing them when necessary and keeping the inventory updated.
- Keeping working area clean and tidy.
- Ensuring that all record sheets and books related to logistical maintenance are always completed. Preparing needed reports before and after any repair or required maintenance.
- Immediately informing the line manager of any problems that arise in the course of the work, particularly with regard to damage, loss, theft or attempted break-ins
- Working in collaboration with other specialized technicians and workers, if necessary, or managing a small team of workers.
Specific Accountabilities
- Advising on and keeping in order and good conditions a stock of tools necessary to fulfill abovementioned technical works
- Follow the project maintains plan independently and report on any issues found and successful completion
- Give advice and check quality of any technical Items bought for repair and maintenance purposes
- Elaborating the necessary documentation for carrying out installations/repair and maintenance projects (plans, list of materials, etc.)
- Annual maintenance procedures and safety checks across facilities in the project. Executing any needed tests after any repair or maintenance.
- Identifying local technical actors, and organizing their participation in the project (training of technical staff, establishing relations with local companies, contractors and suppliers, quotations, contracts, etc.)
- Work according to a weekly planning established together with the supervisor and give status reports and input on a weekly basis
