Job Requirements:

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, economics, epidemiology, related public health field or other relevant field required, with at-least 02 year of experience in related discipline (Accountability, monitoring, evaluation and learning) preferably with an international or local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in a humanitarian setup. Proven interest & commitment to humanitarian and development principles and a demonstrable experience in dealing with beneficiaries. Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with project partners and community members. Demonstrated commitment to uphold principles of confidentiality especially when dealing with sensitive information. Proven experience in remote data collection, and data management. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required. The candidate must be proficient in computers, especially MS Office package, and knowledge of database management would be an asset.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of CARM Officer, this person will be responsible to ensure feedback and complaints are timely logged and addressed and community feedback is incorporated well in MC’s programming. The position holder will assist CARM Officer in maintaining and continuously strengthening the accountability system within the organization. The CARM Assistant will also be responsible to update the complaint database by entering new feedback and complaints, closing resolved complaints, providing standard responses to all complainants, maintaining backup record of all feedback and complaints and supporting CARM Officer in data analysis/CARM monthly report preparation.
