Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration and other related fields

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

Experience:

  • 2 years working experience in the NGOs.
  • Proven work experience at least one year as an HR administrative assistant.
  • Experience in emergency work is an advantage.

            Skills:

  • Very good Knowledge of English language is a must, and fluency in Arabic or Kurdish.
  • Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, and outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-developed organizational and planning skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Self-motivation, strong team spirit and leaderships skills

Job Description:

  • Maintain Service Contractor/Daily Contractor records (soft and hard copies) and coordinate with HR Officer to make sure all the required documents are received on time.
  • Checking team timesheets, leave forms, and leave balances on monthly basis.
  • Update local national staff list on weekly basis for any change in service contractor/Daily contractor information, adding new hire, or highlighting exit staff with writing full details on any change.
  • Update the leave tracker on a rolling basis.
  • Update recruitment tracker on a rolling basis.
  • Process Service Contractor/daily contractor requests and provide relevant information
  • Provide support to HR Officer on recruitment process.
  • Support HR Officer in orientations for new Service Contractors/daily contractor by sharing onboarding packages and explaining organization policies.
  • Participate in recruitment processes including developing and placing vacancy announcements, receiving and applications and arranging and participating in interviews.
  • Support in follow up with performance appraisals quarterly/yearly.
  • Ensure all filings are up to date and all documents are available in filings.
  • Support HR Officer with preparing and submitting monthly payroll documents (e.g., timesheets, Leave and excused absences)
  • Track expirations of contracts, letters and other HR related agreements and renewing them.
  • Comply with Blumont’s policies and practice with respect to code of conduct, Anti-harassment & Bullying, conflict of interest, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures
