الوصف الوظيفي:
طبيب عام أو اخصائي ويفضل طبيب اطفال منصب

تقديم الخدمة الطبية والعلاج للمرضى في العيادة العامة و الداخلية الهدف
المشرف تحت الاشراف المباشر للمدير الطبي -استقبال المرضى في العيادة والقيام بالفحص السريري والاجراءات التشخيصية للوصول للتشخيص الدقيق وتثقيف المريض مع كتابة الوصفه الطبية المناسبة .
-يشرف على التنفيذ والالتزام بتعليمات المعالجة ذات المعيار الوطني والدولي من قبل كل الاطباء.
– الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ وتنظيم الاحالات، وإعطاء المعلومات والوثائق الضرورية عن العلاج الإضافي.
– المشاركة في حملات التلقيح.
-ادخال بيانات المرضى بدقة حسب ماهو مطلوب بنظام ادارة المعلومات الطبية المعمول به والتعاون وتوجيه الكادر لاهميه صحة البيانات والحفاظ على خصوصية المرضى.
– المشاركة في إعداد التقارير الاسبوعية والشهرية كما يساهم في التقارير الاخرى إذا تطلب الامر.
– يشارك في تدريب وتوجيه الكادر الطبي.
– المشاركة في الاجتماعات التنسيقية الاسبوعية (مع باقي الكادر) وأن يعتمد النماذج المعتمدة لمحاضر الجلسات المكتوبة.
– إبلاغ المدير الطبي ومنسق البرنامج عن أي صعوبة، مخاوف أمنية، أمكانية انتشار مرض معدي وأي معلومات أخرى متعلقة بالموضوع.
– المحافظة على حقوق وكرامة وسرية معلومات المريض.
– المساهمة بشكل فعال في تحسين المنشأة الصحية والمنظمة.
– القيام بأي واجبات أخرى – ضمن خبراته – وذلك بتكليف من المدير الصحي.
– اتباع تعليمات المنسق الصحي للمشروع وفي حالة غيابه اتباع تعليمات الموظف المخول من المنظمة. المسؤوليات والنشاطات الرئيسية

Job Description:
IDA-Germany is an independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters, and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation.
The scope of IDA-G work in NES is providing health care, protection and nutrition services by providing health consultations in PHCs as well as outreach services through community health and nutrition workers.
IDA-G has been registered in Erbil and has established an office to oversee its planned activities in NES along with an office that is located in Kasrah, Deir-ez-Zor.
Place of Work:Thiban PHC in Deir-ez-Zor
Goal:
Provide Internal Medical Services/ General Medicine at the PHC
Supervised by:Health Manager
Supervising:Nurses, midwives and Cleaners
Main tasks and Activities:
-Receive patients in the clinic and conduct physical examination, diagnostic procedures, and diagnosis with prescription of drugs and education to patients.
Supervise and commit to implementations of treatment instructions according to the national and the international standards.
-Respond to emergencies and organize the referral
-Provide necessary information and documents about additional treatments.
-Participate in vaccinations campaigns.
– Accurately enter the patients’ data as needed by the health information management system and cooperate/educate other staff on data management and ensure patients confidentiality.
-Participating in preparing weekly as well as monthly reports and take a role in other reports when needed.
-Participate in training and guiding medical and nursing staff.
-Participate in weekly coordination meetings with (remained staff), and use approved forms for writing meetings’ minutes.
-Inform the Health Manager and relevant staff accordingly, about any difficulties, security concerns, possibilities of spread contagious diseases or any other related information.
– Keep rights, dignity, and confidentiality of patients.
-Contribute actively in improving the services of the organization’s facilities.
-Conduct other assigned tasks -within areas of experiences- by the Health Manager.
-Follow the instructions of the Health Manager. If he is absent, he follows the instructions of any other authorized member.
