الموضوع: تسجيل ببرنامج القسائم لتوريد ألبسة للأطفال (5-12 سنة)
تقوم “منظمة كونسيرن العالمية” بتوزيع القسائم على العديد من العائلات في منطقة منبج. يمكن استخدام هذه القسائم من قبل المستفيدين في مقابل الملابس لدى البائعين المسجلين مسبقًا في منظمة.
يسترد البائع المعني بـ منظمة هذه القسائم حيث سيحصل على قيمة الإيصالات نقدًا وفقًا للشروط الواردة في اتفاقية السداد.
لضمان إتاحة فرصة عادلة لجميع البائعين للمشاركة في برنامج القسائم هذا، هناك دعوات منتظمة للبائعين للتسجيل كمرشح مهتم بهذا البرنامج.
سيكون هناك حوالي 640 أسرة تحصل على قسائم في المنطقة حتى 2023-06-30 ، حيث سيتم استرداد قسائم أعمالهم التجارية المسجلة مسبقًا
تدعو المنظمة كونسيرن العالمية الآن جميع البائعين المهتمين بالمشاركة في برنامج القسائم لملابس الأطفال
الإجراءات المطلوبة:
- يجوز للمالكين / المديرين المهتمين الذهاب إلى مكتب منظمة في منبج وتسجيل أعمالهم للمشاركة في برنامج القسيمة عن طريق ملء السجل وإظهار الوثائق التالية
- شهادة تسجيل تجاري
- الهوية الشخصية أو وثيقة مماثلة من وثائق الهوية
- بمجرد قيام التجار بتسجيل أعمالهم في مكتب المنظمة المعنية ، ستقوم لجنة من موظفي المنظمة بزيارة المالك ومقر عمله لطرح أسئلة إضافية كجزء من عملية التقييم.
- استنادًا إلى الإجابات ، ستقوم اللجنة بتقييم ما إذا كانت الشركة قد استوفت الحد الأدنى من المعايير المطلوبة ، وبالتالي ستقدم توصية إلى إدارة منظمة للموافقة عليها
- بمجرد الموافقة على العمل كبائع مسجل مسبقًا ، سيتم تقديم عقد للعمل مع منظمة. وهذا العقد سوف يحدد كيفية عمل البرنامج
- لا تضمن منظمة الكونسيرن أي عمل للبائع ، .حيث يقوم المستفيدون باختيار البائعين من قائمة موردي كونسيرن المسجلين مسبقًا .
- يجوز للبائعين الذين لا يلتزمون بشروط البرنامج إنهاء تسجيلهم واتفاقهم.
الموعد النهائي للتسجيل
آخر يوم لاستلام التسجيلات لهذه الجولة سيكون 14:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) من20-09-2022. ستبدأ لجنة المنظمة في إجراء التقييمات بمجرد تسجيل التجار لمحلاتهم.

Dear Sir/Madam,
SUBJECT: REGISTRATION OF CHILDREN CLOTHES BUSINESSES FOR VOUCHER PROGRAMME (5-12 years)
Concern Worldwide organization distributes vouchers to various families in the Manbij area. These vouchers can be used by the beneficiaries in exchange for clothing at Organization pre-registered vendors. The vendor with Non-profit organization then redeems these vouchers where they will receive the value of the vouchers in cash as per the terms in the agreement for reimbursement.
To ensure fair opportunity for all vendors to participate in this voucher programme there are regular calls for vendors to register as a candidate interested in this programme.
There will be about 640 households getting vouchers in the area until 30 June 2023 who will be redeeming their vouchers pre-registered vendors businesses
Concern Worldwide organization are now calling on all vendors interested in participating in the Voucher Programme for children Clothes.
Procedure:
- The interested owners/managers may go to the Organization Office in Manbij and register their business to participate in the Voucher Programme by filling in the register and showing the following documents
- Certificate of commercial Registration
- National ID card or similar piece of Identification documentation
- Once the business has registered their business at the relevant organization office then a committee of organization staff will visit the owner and their business premises to ask additional questions as part of the assessment process.
- Based on the answers the committee will evaluate if the business has met the minimum criteria required and will therefore submit a recommendation to the Organization Country Management for approval.
- Once the business have been approved as a pre-registered vendor, they will be offered a contract to work with Organization. This contract will outline how the programme operates.
- Concern worldwide organization DOES NOT guarantee any business to the vendor as it is the beneficiaries choice on what vendors they wish to use from the list of Organization pre-registered vendors.
- Vendors not adhering with the terms of the programme may have their registration and agreement terminated.
The deadline for Registration
The last day of receiving registrations for this round will be 14:00 hrs(Syria time)of20-09-2022. Concern worldwide organization Committee will commence assessments as soon as businesses register their shops.
