موضوع الاعلان:

تعلن منظمة كير العالمية سوريا في مكاتبها الحسكة, ديريك والصور عن رغبتها في التعاقد مع موردين وتجار ومقاولين متخصصين في المجالات التالية:

اولاً : المقاولات

1- مقاولون متخصصون في شبكة التصريف الصحي والصرف الصحي في المناطق الحضرية.

2- مقاولون متخصصون في شبكات المياه بالمناطق الحضرية.

3- مقاولون متخصصون في إنشاء خزانات المياه في المناطق الريفية.

4- مقاولون متخصصون في أنظمة الضخ بالطاقة الشمسية في المناطق الريفية.

ثانياً : التوريدات

1- موردون متخصصون لمواد وأجهزة اختبار وترشيح المياه.

2- موردون متخصصون لقطع غيار صناديق النظافة وشاحنات الصرف الصحي.

3- موردون متخصصون للمضخات الكهربائية (توريد وتركيب)

4- موردون متخصصون للمحولات والمولدات والتوصيلات الكهربائية.

5- موردين متخصصين لأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الاحتياطية.

6- موردون متخصصون للزيوت وإطارات السيارات.

7- موردون متخصصون في معدات الوقاية الشخصية والأجهزة الطبية.

8- موردون متخصصون في معدات سلامة العمل.

9- موردون متخصصون للإلكترونيات والأجهزة المنزلية.

10- موردون متخصصون في البذور والمدخلات الزراعية.

11- موردون متخصصون في التجارة العامة.

شروط التقديم:

ﯾرﺟﯽ ﻣن التجار والموردين والمقاولين المهتمين ﺗﻘدﯾم اﻟوﺛﺎﺋق اﻟﻣطﻟوﺑﺔ اﻟﻣذﮐورة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻧﻘطﺔ أدﻧﺎه ﻋن طرﯾق اﻟﺑرﯾد اﻹﻟﮐﺗروﻧﻲ الموضح.
يجب أن يكون التجار والموردين والمقاولين المهتمين متخصصين في واحدة من الفئات التي يتقدمون لها ولديهم دليل على أن نشاطهم التجاري هو في هذه الفئة.
يوصى بشدة أن يكون التجار والموردين والمقاولين لديهم فروع رسمية في المحافظات او توفر مراكز صيانة خدمة لما بعد البيع وذلك لضمان تقديم خدمة أفضل بدون تأخير بسبب التسليم عن بعد أو غير ذلك.
لا يعتبر هذا الاعلان طلب شراء (أي لا نطلب عروض أو مقترحات في هذه المرحلة؛ نحن نسعى فقط للتعبير عن اهتمامك بالمشاركة في مناقصة / طلبات الشراء القادمة مستقبلاً).
لا يعتبر تقديمك واستجابتك لهذا الاعلان وتقديم ملفك اعتباراً تلقائياً أنه سيتم اختيارك للمشاركة في مناقصة / طلبات الشراء.
تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بالحق في التغيير أو إلغاء للمتطلبات او احداها في أي وقت خلال فترة هذا الاعلان أو فيما بعد عند المشاركة بالمناقصات.
تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية أيضًا بالحق في طلب الامتثال لشروط إضافية عند إصدار وثيقة المناقصات / طلبات الشراء الفعلية مستقبلاً.

تاريخ تأسيس الشركة ، والهرم الاداري للشركة.
القدرة المالية للشركة.
السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول.
ترخيص مزاولة المهنة ساري المفعول.
النظام الأساسي للشركة وعقد التأسيس.
نسخ من عقود سابقة منفذة في نفس المجال ، يرجى تقديم قائمة العملاء والمراجع التي نفذت على مدى السنتين الماضية.
أي وثيقة إضافية / داعمة تراها مناسبة.

النقاط الإضافية التي يجب معرفتها:

شروط الدفع التي تتبعها منظمة كير العالمية هي الدفع بعد التوريد / تقديم الخدمة.

EOI SUBJECT:

CARE International Syria in its offices Al Hasskah, Derik and Al Sur is looking for suppliers, traders and contractors specialized in the following areas:

Construction:

1- Specialized contractors in sewage and sanitation network in urban areas.

2- Specialized contractors in water networks in urban areas.

3- Specialized contractors in water tanks construction in rural areas.

4- Specialized contractors in solar pumping systems in rural areas.

Supplies:

1- Specialized suppliers for electrical transformers and generators and electrical connections.

2- Specialized suppliers for solar backup systems.

3- Specialized suppliers for oils and vehicles tires.

4- Specialized suppliers in Personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical devices.

5- Specialized suppliers in work safety equipment.

6- Specialized suppliers for electronics and home appliances.

7- Specialized suppliers in seeds and agriculture inputs.

8- Specialized suppliers for water testing and filtration materials and devices.

9- Specialized suppliers for spare parts for cleaning fund and sanitation trucks.

10- Specialized suppliers for electrical pumps (supply and install).

11- Specialized in general trading.

(EOI) CONDITIONS:

Interested vendors/dealers/ providers are requested to submit the required documentation mentioned in point below via email.
Interested vendors/dealers/ providers should be specialized in one of the categories they are applying for and has proof that their business activity is in this category.
Interested vendors/dealers/ providers are highly recommended to have branches in the governorate or provide post-sale service maintenance centers to serve the best of their performance with no delay due to remote delivery or others.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in our tender\RFQs.
A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in our tender\RFQs.
CARE organization reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
CARE organization also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender\RFQs document.

Valid Trade Registration.
Valid Tax Registration Certificate.

Company’s Articles of Association and the Memorandum of Association.
Contracts in the same field, please provide list of clients and the specific engagements conducted for the past 2 years to support this.
Any additional/supporting document you deem appropriate.

Additional points to for consideration:

CARE organization payment terms are after delivery.
