Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or institute degree
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- Experience in data collection, assessments and surveys
- Good communication skills in interviewing beneficiaries
- Good knowledge in using ODK applications
- Ability to travel to all the program areas
- Previous experience with NGOs is preferable

Job Description:
Recruitment of daily M&E Assistants to monitor the distribution and redemption process of supplementary food vouchers and conduct PDM surveys.
The role reports to M&E Officer

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY
- Monitor the distribution process of supplementary food vouchers through random site visits to the distribution locations to ensure the process goes as planned.
- Monitor the redemption process of supplementary food vouchers through random site visits to the vendor shops, closely observe the whole process, write down all notes and findings.
- Conduct random QA/QC checks for the food commodities at vendor shops before the redemption process starts.
- Conduct post distribution monitoring survey for supplementary food vouchers beneficiaries after each round of redemption, get feedback, complaints and observations of the beneficiaries.
- Keep a good conduct with the families during the interviews.
