Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 Syria Time,01/09/2022 by email at syria.operations@acted.org with reference RFQ/16EBB/7QOREH/RAQ/WASH/18-08-2022/1
A pre-tender information session will be organized at 13:00 Syria Time, 25/08/2022 in organization representative office (address will be shared upon offer request), as well, a team’s meeting invitation will be shared along with the offer. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at organization office on 25/08/2022. The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids. يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 13:00 بتوقيت سوريا، 01/09/2022 عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني RFQ/16EBB/7QOREH/RAQ/WASH/18-08-2022/1
سيتم تنظيم جلسة قبل المناقصة الساعة 13:00 بتوقيت سوريا، 25/08/2022 في مكتب تمثيل المنظمة (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند طلب العرض)، وكذلك سيتم مشاركة دعوة اجتماع الفريق مع العرض. ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الدورة الإعلامية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في 25/08/2022 موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.
لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
