حارس Guard  

1- Ensures the safety of the premises before opening the gate.

2- Responsible for the safety of goods and people from the area

under his charge.

3- To keep watch on the surrounding areas outside the boundary of

the office premises for suspected suspicious elements roaming in

the main street.

4- Patrol organization compound, checking for signs of unauthorized

entry.

5- To keep watch of the security camera screen for security problem.

And report the problem to the line manager.

6- Welcome the visitors (Register, issue security passes)

7- Provide daily reports by recording observations, information,

occurrences, and surveillance activities

8- Report immediately any security incidents or problems orally and

in writing, to the Logistics officer

9- Fueling, starting and stopping generator as per schedule. And

Writing generator monitoring sheets.

10- Inform the on-site Logistics Staff of any generator problem as

soon as possible.

11- Diesel Control. On timely manner must inform the Logistics Staff

before diesel runs out.

12- Ensure that the guard office is always clean.

13- The guard will participate in the loading and unloading of vehicles

when necessary.

14- Respect the hierarchical relationships specific to the organization.

2- مسؤول عن سلامة المعدات والأشخاص في المنطقة الواقعة تحت

مسؤوليته.

3- مراقبة المناطق المحيطة الواقعة خارج حدود المركز لرصد

العناصر المشبوهة المشكوك فيها والمتجولة في الشارع الرئيسي.

4- تنظيم جولات دورية للمباني ، والتحقق من علامات الدخول غير

المصرح به.

5- مراقبة شاشة كاميرا الأمان لرصد المشاكل الأمنية. وابلاغ المدير

المباشر بالمشاكل في حال حدوثها.

6- استقبال الزوار (التسجيل ، اعطاء اذن المرور).
7- تقديم تقارير يومية عن طريق تسجيل الملاحظات والمعلومات

والحوادث وأنشطة المراقبة.
8- التبليغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أمنية أو مشاكل شفويا وكتابة ، إلى

مسؤول اللوجيستك.
9- تعبئة الوقود ، تشغيل واطفاء المولد حسب الجدول الزمني. وكتابة

أوراق متابعة المولدات.
10- إبلاغ موظفي الخدمات اللوجستية في الموقع عن أي مشاكل خاصة

بالمولد باسرع وقت ممكن.
11- التحكم في الوقود. يجب إبلاغ موظفي الخدمات اللوجستية في الوقت

المناسب قبل نفاد الوقود.
12- التأكد من أن مكتب الحراسة نظيف دائما.
13- يشارك الحارس في تحميل وتفريغ العربات عند الضرورة.
14- احترام العلاقات الهرمية الخاصة بالمنظمة.

1-Minimum completion of High School.

2- Fluent in Arabic, English is an asset.

3- Previous experience as guard.

4- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– التحصيل العلمي : شهادة ثانوية كحد ادنى.

– تحدث اللغة العربية ,اللغة الإنجليزية ميزه اضافيه

– خبرة سابقه كحارس

– التواصل الجيد ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين

• Duration: 5 months renewable.

• Full time contract.

• Location: Al Hol camp.

مدة العقد : خمسة  اشهر قابله للتجديد
